Stayed here in April. Everything was just ok. Don’t think I’ll book again though. Nothing particularly wrong just not amazing.

Stayed here in October. Situated in the Old town so easy access to taps bars and restaurants.

Nice rooms, staff and breakfast. The pool got covered with glass/plastic while we were there which warmed it up nicely.

Because it is surrounded by other hotels there was a bit of musical sunbeds going on round the pool but there is a sun terrace that gets the sun most of the day.

Entertainment is mostly Spanish. We would definitely go back.

Turn left out of hotel then right at Ale Hop and there are tapas bars, Turn right out of hotel and right again at hotel Victoria to walk down the slope to nice bars and restaurants in Calle Gerona.

Just left the Plaza after a cracking 10 days of warm sunshine , much colder now but still great for winter . Hotel in great area , clean and rooms good , friendly staff . Down sides food very poor and mostly cold , no entertainment in hotel at all . Much better hotels in same area

We was there in November. Nice hotel close to everything, room was bit dated but it has everything you need. You get charged for extra tea bags, milks so we got some from the shops.
The food nice but they do cater more for the Spanish. All in all we would go again .

Wasn't impressed with hotel when I went 7 months ago. Poor food, poor lager..... no atmosphere.

Lovely authentic Benidorm hotel. I like the mix of nationalities at the Plaza.

It’s a lovely hotel. I’ve stayed lots of times. Spotless clean, great staff, comfortable rooms & close to old town . I wouldn’t stay anywhere else
The pool is all open during the summer, It’s got sliding doors and a roof during the winter months.
There’s nothing not to like about it. It’s got everything you need for a good holiday
The hotel is a short walk to the front and a perfect location

    HOTEL BENIDORM PLAZA

Hotel Benidorm Plaza, Benidorm, Spain. Perfectly situated in a residential area very close to the shopping centre, the old town and just 300 meters from the magnificent Levante Beach the ‘Plaza’ is an ideal choice for couples and groups of friends all year round. The hotel was transformed into virtually a new hotel after extensive additions and renovations in 1996; the unconventional multi-coloured decoration, together with its attractive design makes it a hotel with originality and a very unique personality. Even more important is the atmosphere, most of the guests are English speaking.

Catherine Flynn - we stayed there a few years ago, and I myself thought it was looking a bit tatty, but it was ok, and they have a nice swimming pool. In January while we were there, it looked like they were replacing furniture as there was a lot of old stuff outside, so they may have done some refurbishing. We have stopped in the Victoria, which is next door to the plaza and the Royal which is across the road, I like them better, but when we have been talking to people who were in the Victoria and the Royal, they have said they prefer the Plaza, so it is just a matter of opinion. All the hotels are in a very good spot though, near the old town, but near enough to walk to the New.

Jill Prince Great hotel been staying there for years now refurbished close to old town staff great.

  • Great hotel

Great hotel on the edge of the old town. Mainly catering for Spanish guests, but suits us as we are in Spain after all. Staff are terrific and make your stay a pleasure. Rooms are kept very clean, towels changed daily, bedding was changed at least 4 times when we stayed for 14 days. Food is great with a wide choice, something for everyone. Covered and heated swimming pool...what more could you as for.....Entertainment mainly aimed for the Spanish, but all in all a great hotel.
