Fab hotel

We have been coming to Beni. for 30 years+ and have stayed in many different S/C and Hotels. When we found the Ambassador we thought we had 'hit the jackpot' BUT we stayed at the Rivera early this year and wow ! super hotel with very friendly staff and the all important thing... food was excellent and served hot ! Not forgetting the excellent entertainment. If the staff keep this up we won't look at any other places to stay.

Just back from the Riviera Beach Hotel, second time we have been without a doubt a great hotel with great staff and great food, room was spotless and very comfortable will be booking again for next year, and entertainment at night was great as well.

I stayed here in September vlovely staff very helpful you do not get much sun around the pool area food is good but my wife is vegetarian and we found there were not much vegetarian options so we had to eat out on several occasions Becky the waitress at the out door was always very helpful when we asked for directions anywhere.

Nice Hotel , very clean ,food ok , pool area very quiet , you get sun around 2 to 3 o'clock , entertainment downstairs always packed (we couldn't get in) but entertainment out the front of hotel too and all over Benidorm as hotel is in a great spot , The bar terrace does lovely food and cocktails ect

Just returned 2 days ago from the Riviera. Stayed here for the first time. Lovely staff, lovely small hotel, fantastic front outdoor sun terrace which was my favourite part of the hotel. Great drink prices, as cheap as any of the bars. Lovely lunchtime snack on the terrace too, again very reasonable prices. Fantastic breakfast, nice dinners in the evening, but wish there was more of a choice. Lovely small pool area which played nice background music. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and we would definitely return to the Riviera.

English looking bacon as well as the regular Spanish bacon.
Tip if you like real OJ there are 2 types freshly squeezed and carton ( freshly squeezed is much better)

Great location
Great entertainment without having to go out
Bar drinks relatively cheap for an hotel.
My only criticism would be the pool area. Pool very cold and sun very limited.
