San Francisco Apartment 1 bedroom - Building of private apartments for rent
The apartment, located on the Levante beach in Benidorm has 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a sofa bed in the living room with a maximum capacity for 4 people.
Very close to the nightlife areas and the downtown area (old town). Ideal for a holiday or long stays in winter.
Complete bathroom, living room, bedroom with built-in wardrobe, kitchen with gallery and a large terrace (most of them glazed), there is an iron for the apartment (ask for it in our office). In winter there is an electric radiator.
The kitchen is electric, has 2 electric plates, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, extractor hood, coffee maker and refrigerator with independent freezer, washing machine and electric water heater for hot water. It has a kitchenware, dishes and cutlery normal for up to 4 people
The building has 2 elevators, a large pool in the shape of 8 with a small children's pool, surrounded by grass (the pool is operational throughout the year, except breakdowns or vandalism), tennis court and children's playground.

Really good apartments, really spacious. You do need to put down a 200 Euro deposit but never had any issues getting it back. It’s on a slight hill so if anyone has any walking issues I would take that into consideration. It’s around 10-15 min walk down to the beach. I had no issues walking back late night either.

This property is 8 minutes walk from the beach. Featuring an on-site outdoor swimming pool, Edificio San Francisco is located in the centre of Benidorm, 650 m from the beach. This complex offers spacious well-equipped apartments.
Each apartment has a microwave, coffee maker and oven. A safe is available to rent, as well as a TV with 10 English channels. WiFi is available for an extra charge.
Do some exercise by playing a game of tennis on the on-site courts, or simply stroll around the gardens in the evening to unwind.

Frances Scouller - stayed a few times in San Francisco nice and secure have controlled entry..they are basic but functional have large balcony with dining table in it..pool area grassed no sun loungers..5 min walk down to beach..handy for buses.
Jay Day - Right on the top of the hill, very hard collecting the key, not bad for the very cheap price.
Amanda Thompson - Stayed there two years ago. No complaints about it at all,clean and comfortable and good size rooms would use them again good for both old and new town as practically in the middle and bus stop just outside of you need it.
Stephen Dunne - My wife and I stayed there last year the are in a nice quiet area about 8 mins walk to the strip very secure as there's a gate outside that's locked and also the building door is locked so unless your staying there you can't access them
