My simple answer is:

Contact me directly to start the initial enquiry.
I will take care of all your travel plans, from the initial enquiry, right up until your return home. Check you in for your flight, check passport validity, issue travel documents, send hotel request, book assisted travel. I am also at the other end of the phone whilst you're on holiday!
There is no extra charge for the service, this is something that I simply provide.
I would also like to mention, as we all know , plans can change due to personal reasons, and when this happens, it is comforting knowing that you can contact your Travel Counsellor without having to get through to a call centre.
This past month I have had a few of my customers who are no longer able to travel, due to circumstances out of their control. This can be a very upsetting time and knowing that I am there at the other end of the phone, to assist at any time has hopefully given them some reassurance knowing I am there to help with any amendments or cancellations , documents etc....
I demonstrate my customer care and willingness to help to all of my clients...
I am a great believer in “treat others as you want to be treated.”
