I am here with my mother who's 73 and in a wheelchair, hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, and there's sufficient storage of two wardrobes and some drawers as well as shelves.
The location is good, triangle pub white horse and llplaza right outside the hotel, 10min walk to Morgan's and the main strip.
Food is plentiful and always something to eat even if it's just cheese and crackers, or a sandwich to make, plenty of fruits and salads, and seafood at every meal. The meats aren't great and are overcooked, breakfast is really good
The staff are friendly and helpful
Entertainment isn't to our taste but we go out at night, there's singers on and dancers from what we've seen
The all inclusive ends at 23.00 but the bar is open until 01.00 however we find the drinks expensive a gin and lemonade and a vodka coke (local) 14.50e a pint of Amstel 3.50e
Now the bug bear for us, sharing with my 73yr old mother we have a glass bathroom door, this isn't frosted or one way glass, we can see straight into the bathroom weather it's sat on toilet or taking a shower, I don't care who you are if your married, with parents, or family members everyone likes privacy on the toilet. This is the only reason we won't stay here again, we usually stay at the ruidor, but we had a change this year and have regretted it. Apparently some bathrooms are frosted but ours isn't. We are on the the first floor room 115 right outside the terrace to the pool, so unless we keep the curtains closed not only can we see each other in the shower or on the toilet anyone on the terrace can see us too, it's not ideal

I’m a regular visitor, lifts are not a problem, the users are, its a computerised system where patrons don’t follow instructions and keep pressing buttons, staff lovely, excellent location, glass in bathrooms great in my opinion you can see the “walls” are spotless, always something to eat at meal times good selection , just because you don’t like one thing does not mean food is bad , been 9 weeks this year 4 in January coming.

Its a lovely looking hotel spotlessly clean but the food was awful. Its a 4* superior hotel with 2* food in my opinion.
One night there was mashed potato and is was just slop and lamb stew 1 time was just fat and bone. Lots of people complained about the food while we was there.

Can I be honest and tell you that we did not enjoy the food at all. Lovely hotel but has its faults. We generally stay in the Presidente but had a change this year and opted for Port as it was cheaper but we regretted it. Stayed in many, many hotels in Benidorm over 40 years and the Presidente pips it for us.

Port Benidorm - Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Unbelievable price. Food amazing, proper made up pint cocktails. Room with a sea view, the best. Been twice now and will DEFFINITELY be back.

Stayed there last year all inclusive for a week and loved it. Spotless, bright, modern, friendly, staff attentive, food amazing in taste and selection availability. Can’t fault it. We don’t usually do hotels as we like S/C in apartments etc and thought we’d try something different. It was that good we are going back for 10 day’s honeymoon June.

Lovely clean comfortable rooms, food is good & so close to the beach. and fabulous views from the rooftop solarium. Lovely easy access with the walk in pool. The lifts are a pain to begin with, not like normal lifts. but you soon get the hang of them! Some rooms have glass bathrooms, if you are not comfortable with that ask for a closed off one! Entertainment ok some nights, but not the best. The hotel is lovely and quiet at night to!

I'm not long back from there it's a stunning hotel, and a min walk to the beach. We will definitely stay there again. The only thing I found different was being able to see into the bathroom from the bedroom, but we got used to it.

Port Benidorm on the other hand was. Nice and clean hotel, but the food was really bad. I'm not a fussy eater and can always find something I like but I honestly struggled.
Very disappointing, sadly won't be staying here again!!

Just got back from Beni done a week at port Benidorm I didn't want to go there coz thought it too far from all pubs well can I say been going Beni for 40yrs and this was the best hotel I've stayed in, well recommend the best views from floor 18 yes it had a glass bathroom and balcony but who cares you couldn't see who in the shower unless u in there the food had something for everyone staff sound some miz but all in all give a try was all inclusive and rooms cleaned every day.

4 of us here now been here since Tuesday I'm the most fussiest eater ever and I'm finding food lovely there is something for everyone even if you have to get a bun and make sandwiches plenty meat and cheese there's a chef cooking meat in front of you no way can anyone say they can't find anything to eat this is our 1st time in this hotel, but from now on its back here every time we'll done port Benidorm
