Parents just back last week, they are in their 70s, said everything was great bar the food and couldn't charge scooter, only so many charge points outside.

Just had a 10 night stay there. the food can be a little repetitive but on the whole not bad. hotel staff are friendly and helpful the place is clean and tidy. It's in a good location. We stayed last year as well and have already booked for next year as well x

Just got back from another fantastic time in Benidorm
Stayed at the Rosamar. It was absolutely amazing, food was excellent, drinks flowing all day and the entertainments team were brilliant. Met some lovely people. Will defo be going back next year, gutted to be home.

We went beginning of the month, the room looked a bit grubby, stains on towels and bed cover, not the standard I expected considering we paid extra for a suite, food wasn’t labelled, various stews which had meat we didn’t recognise, pool area floor dirty, the snack bar out by kids pool served raw burgers. For what we paid id have been better off at Don Pancho!

We stayed here end of August couldn’t fault the hotel. Food was lovely lots of choice, entertainment was brilliant

Just returned from the Rosamar Hotel we booked this hotel for ourselves and grandchildren as it looked great for the kids we normally stay in the Presidente or Don Pancho...I wasn't expecting the same holiday as it was for the children but I have to say the lift situation was appalling even when they were working (which was hit and miss) it was such hard work to even get in one ... being 11 floors up wasn't easy to keep walking it most days. I felt sorry for the disabled guests and the young children needing pushchairs because they had no choice.

The food situation wasn't great at all the whole 7 days was the same menu for the pool area even the kids who love chips. Burgers and hot dogs were sick of them, and the evening meals were not great

The staff were brilliant and very hardworking the hotel was spotless...location was great, and kids were entertained but won't be back to this (unless guaranteed a lower floor lol), it hasn't put us off coming back to our favourite place Benidorm though we love it.

Just done 12 nights place is sound brill Location was on third floor so I mostly walked up and down stairs, lifts problems for them on high floors at mealtimes will stay there again if can have low floor no problem, food all good.
  • Wouldn’t stay here again

    ,

    Food was always cold.
    Bed sheets never cleaned.
    Good location.
    Good for kids entertainment.
Lifts AWFUL. Had to drag our suitcases up 5 flights of stairs.
    Staff were friendly.
The food ruined it for me unfortunately.
  • Ok if you like cheap cafeterias

    ,

Rooms are lovely but no kettle, lifts horrendous as waiting for ages. All drinks served in paper cups, food cold at every meal. Went down for breakfast at earliest time and still cold. Pool too small for amount of guests. Paid a lot of money so was expecting good things but I would only rate as a 2 star
  • Clean and served its purpose

    ,

Just got back from 2 weeks there .. food not to our liking 6 of us stayed there . Very clean food just warm and ok if you like bones and pigs cheeks in gravy ? and veal lager served in paper Pepsi 1/4 pint cups take your own towel for sunbeds as non supplied . No kettles in room, breakfast lunch dinner served in traffic light system red means you get to go in for evening meal 9.45pm it doesn't open until 8pm. Queues for lifts horrendous average 20 mins wait .. as I said rooms clean and served the purpose

  • Our short break stay

    ,

We stayed there 27th to 31st Jan. Rooms clean. Beds comfy. Food very good and hot. Only downside was the sewer smell as you came in from pool bar which caused my friend to be sick all over the floor. Would def go back x

We just came back on Friday, I stayed at the Dynastic which I wouldn't go back too and my brother & sis in law stayed at Rosamar & wish we stayed there! They are fussy people lol and they liked it. Yeah said it needs updating but the bed was comfy and the food was fab! They had chocolate fountains and rivers of cheese with nachos and lots of choice compared to what I had in Dynastic and that's supposed to be 4 star. Hope it helps ?

I was here two weeks ago....loved this hotel. Fantastic location, really clean rooms , on the 13th floor so had great views, weather was 32/33 everyday and breakfast was spot on. Evening meal I found a bit hit and miss but was not a problem. I would definitely go back to this hotel x
