At the Rosamar now (30/5) with the grandkids. Music is far too loud for children both inside the entertainment room and outside the hotel area. And the restaurant is like a cafeteria and don’t get me started on the sunbed dash. Totally disappointed with this hotel.

Reviews were good which is why I booked. Nothing said about Some tables in the restaurant are in the corridor between the two eating places and the floor is disgusting around the tables in the restaurant, no spoons on the tables, I have had better service in a cheap cafe. The entertainment around the main pool is totally unsuitable for children and they had an animal show on on Tuesday that started at 10:30pm and designed for children and my five year old said that the animals won’t like how noisy it is and it upset him as he’s mad about animals. The hotel itself is fine if you ignore the food, restaurant and entertainment.

Me my sister my Niece and her husband just back Wednesday nine days all inclusive had a ball loved it yes got fed up with food after a week went to the pool bar had burger and Hot dogs but same in any Hotel you get fed up we ate out in Clay Oven but could not fault it kids were off school this week so was busy and some people with kids last week kept them off school we asked them . Some staff were so nice Esther on Reception is so lovely and very helpful staff on the Restaurant go out there way didn’t go to the entertainment room no sun beds needed by any of us we went and lay down in the afternoon in the solarium no kids allowed very warm up there drinks machine is up there just get a tumbler from bar though .We were here at Christmas and New Year and loved it then .Cleaner we had then was so much better for our room than this time, we’re Happy yes we will be back next year.

We stayed at Rosamer couldn’t fault it cleaned everyday food was lovely a good range,and in lovely location if people don’t like noise then they shouldn’t go to Benidorm

We have stayed there in the past and stayed there two weeks ago. We made the most of it, although it was not as good as previously. The food was average, and the bedding and towels in the room were clean, but the floor did not get swept.
They did not replace the milk cartons in the room and said I would need to pay €5 if I wanted it topping up! Also the scooter needed an attachment that they keep and charge you €3 a day to use. Other hotels do it for free. With regard to the pool, it was very busy, and I had to climb on the bed from the bottom as there was no room to walk between. On a couple of occasions we had to go around the kiddies pool instead, but that closes at 5pm..

It's a great hotel they ve really done it lovely having stayed there before refurbishment just the problem with lifts at busy times but that normal for the volume of rooms I forgot to request low floor and use stairs

I stayed in November & I’ve booked again for April, was really surprised by the amount of bad reviews as I had no complaints at all

Well I must say I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and from living out here and I tried the Rosamar over new year for a week and I can't fault it.

The food was really good every night bar one. If I wanted to be picky the token for the all inclusive was abit annoying but got used to it.

So I will say I would stay here again as it was no where as bad as some people said.

Also the receptionist was very rude one day to someone while I was waiting but was fine with me. So if you were thinking of trying it do as on the whole it was a decent hotel

September 2024....main pool is so small two rounds of sunbeds all way round and over packed

I'm here just now n it's a beautiful hotel. Everything has been great. 1 Street away from the main strip n 2 or 3 streets away from the beach which is a 5 min walk if that. There's 5 lifts but sometimes a bit slow at meal times. Other than that I've no complaints x

Just returned from there today central to bars etc, market at the end of the road, beach is 3 streets
5 minutes away , lovely rooms, very clean good food. bar staff could be better but would return again

Here at the minute only thing the lifts are pain sometimes very slow in busy times like breakfast lunch dinner I've seen ppl carrying buggies down the flights off stairs as they waited to long on lift

Stayed there 2 weeks ago room was great and it was cleaned every day (we were only there for 4 days) food was absolutely fine we were half board breakfast lovely and plenty to choose from porridge to fried breakfast. Dinner our 1st night was roast beef and Yorkshire pudding. Not a huge amount to choose from but still plenty. Can't comment on the pool area because we went out everyday.

My friend and I were there a couple of weeks ago .we didn't have our bedding changed for 10 days they only came in room to empty bins. Food absolutely awful, everyone was moaning about it. We will not be going back to this awful hotel.

Food not very good always had to reheat in micro, rooms not brushed or mopped all week cleaners just make bed empty bin in bathroom, wouldn't even care if they left a brush and pan set we could have brushed ourselves.

Stayed there in July AI, food was great (we like a bit of variety not just British stuff), drink was decent for All Inc. Rooms cleaned every day and bedding changed on 3rd day (only there for a week). Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back

Had 10 days in the Rosamar rooms were great, big beds and cleaned every day and towels changed, food was not very good and the reception and bar staff were very ignorant we were all inclusive with wrist bands but still had to produce the tally you was given at reception for a glass to get a drink wouldn't choose this hotel ever again

stayed September excellent hotel, food excellent, wide selection every day was there with three kids pool area First class snacks all day no complaints , night life right on doorstep , outdoor market 100 yds away beach 200 yds , would recommend this hotel to anybody with kids , booking for next year it was that Good, all these negative reviews they must have been wearing blinkers or just not used to a Good holiday.

Back yesterday, room had 2 double beds ,hotel decor is very nice ,plenty of beds by the main pool ,another pool with slides around the corner where there is another bar and a fresh snack area for all inclusive or pay if not ,location is brilliant.
Downside- there is a token system for inclusive drinks where you take your plastic token to the bar and get a drink in a plastic glass/beaker , understandable as pool area but even in the nice lounge area you didn’t get glass, the drinks are copy Bacardi etc, the thing I didn’t find out until nearly the last day is that you can buy the branded drinks and get 40% off if all inclusive so it costs €2.6 to upgrade to a very large Bacardi etc .
Pity we didn’t know about that and it looked like nobody else did.
Entertainment-
More kids there than expected during school term , nightly entertainment was usually a singing act and a parrot show or similar (not great )all outside there’s a concert room inside that had kids disco and stuff if weather not great, overall a good hotel as about £200 per week per room cheaper than others, back there in November as bargain price

I was there July. Goid points and bad I think. I personally didn’t experience the filthy rooms every one has said. Our room was cleaned daily. Fresh towels daily. They even changed the bedding a few times. Food is average for all inclusive. Can be queues. Bar staff friendly enough. Entertainment staff fantastic. Just hated queuing for lifts. It was high season. Spanish were on holiday. So I knew what to expect.

Just recently back from there and food was great, plenty of choice well cooked. Also no restaurant system, meals have set times like all other hotels as in breakfast 8 to 10 etc plus if AI snack bar outside is open 10.30 till 7 with good food
