September 2024....main pool is so small two rounds of sunbeds all way round and over packed

I'm here just now n it's a beautiful hotel. Everything has been great. 1 Street away from the main strip n 2 or 3 streets away from the beach which is a 5 min walk if that. There's 5 lifts but sometimes a bit slow at meal times. Other than that I've no complaints x

Just returned from there today central to bars etc, market at the end of the road, beach is 3 streets
5 minutes away , lovely rooms, very clean good food. bar staff could be better but would return again

Here at the minute only thing the lifts are pain sometimes very slow in busy times like breakfast lunch dinner I've seen ppl carrying buggies down the flights off stairs as they waited to long on lift

Stayed there 2 weeks ago room was great and it was cleaned every day (we were only there for 4 days) food was absolutely fine we were half board breakfast lovely and plenty to choose from porridge to fried breakfast. Dinner our 1st night was roast beef and Yorkshire pudding. Not a huge amount to choose from but still plenty. Can't comment on the pool area because we went out everyday.

My friend and I were there a couple of weeks ago .we didn't have our bedding changed for 10 days they only came in room to empty bins. Food absolutely awful, everyone was moaning about it. We will not be going back to this awful hotel.

Food not very good always had to reheat in micro, rooms not brushed or mopped all week cleaners just make bed empty bin in bathroom, wouldn't even care if they left a brush and pan set we could have brushed ourselves.

Stayed there in July AI, food was great (we like a bit of variety not just British stuff), drink was decent for All Inc. Rooms cleaned every day and bedding changed on 3rd day (only there for a week). Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back

Had 10 days in the Rosamar rooms were great, big beds and cleaned every day and towels changed, food was not very good and the reception and bar staff were very ignorant we were all inclusive with wrist bands but still had to produce the tally you was given at reception for a glass to get a drink wouldn't choose this hotel ever again

stayed there oct 22nd till 29th this year had no problem with anything food good hotel good weather up and down but been to bennie a little of times so no were to go but happy when me my daughter and grandson stayed there no problems at all

stayed September excellent hotel, food excellent, wide selection every day was there with three kids pool area First class snacks all day no complaints , night life right on doorstep , outdoor market 100 yds away beach 200 yds , would recommend this hotel to anybody with kids , booking for next year it was that Good, all these negative reviews they must have been wearing blinkers or just not used to a Good holiday.

Back yesterday, room had 2 double beds ,hotel decor is very nice ,plenty of beds by the main pool ,another pool with slides around the corner where there is another bar and a fresh snack area for all inclusive or pay if not ,location is brilliant.
Downside- there is a token system for inclusive drinks where you take your plastic token to the bar and get a drink in a plastic glass/beaker , understandable as pool area but even in the nice lounge area you didn’t get glass, the drinks are copy Bacardi etc, the thing I didn’t find out until nearly the last day is that you can buy the branded drinks and get 40% off if all inclusive so it costs €2.6 to upgrade to a very large Bacardi etc .
Pity we didn’t know about that and it looked like nobody else did.
Entertainment-
More kids there than expected during school term , nightly entertainment was usually a singing act and a parrot show or similar (not great )all outside there’s a concert room inside that had kids disco and stuff if weather not great, overall a good hotel as about £200 per week per room cheaper than others, back there in November as bargain price

I was there July. Goid points and bad I think. I personally didn’t experience the filthy rooms every one has said. Our room was cleaned daily. Fresh towels daily. They even changed the bedding a few times. Food is average for all inclusive. Can be queues. Bar staff friendly enough. Entertainment staff fantastic. Just hated queuing for lifts. It was high season. Spanish were on holiday. So I knew what to expect.

Just recently back from there and food was great, plenty of choice well cooked. Also no restaurant system, meals have set times like all other hotels as in breakfast 8 to 10 etc plus if AI snack bar outside is open 10.30 till 7 with good food

We stayed there 13-20th July. Food was good & no set times. Couldn't fault the breakfasts - as good as you'd get anywhere else. We always had lunch outdoors as it was lovely & cool there after a morning at the pool. Great selection of drinks, coffees & juices. Food was varied & nice. Kids pool was spotless & well supervised by lifeguards. Dinner was 7-10pm I think - we'll organised and always something you'd like. Loads of fresh fruit & lovely desserts & plenty of salads. If you like pasta you'll love it as there were numerous pasta dishes too.

Stated there the week it opened, it went from quiet to full within a couple of days. Yes there were teething problems especially in the restaurant but the staff were great at dealing with them, the food was OK and there was always something that you could have, which is tye same in most hotels. The rooms are lovely with walk in showers.

Not long back from this hotel after it’s reopening and had a fabulous stay.
First off rooms lovely and clean (daily) and great walk in shower. Staff all very helpful and polite. At time of stay there we’re far more Spanish residents there than British but that didn’t matter when it came to service of food.
I like Mediterranean cuisine as well as a taste of home and there was plenty of choice, even a full Sunday dinner selection on Sunday evening. Popular dishes were quickly replenished when they ran low. We were AI and drinks choice was excellent all day.
Lifts are busy at meal times as in every hotel but there are 5 so never had to wait long. Reception can be busy at certain times when arrivals come but that’s not unusual.
My only bugbear was the Wi-Fi connection in pool area was intermittent but thought rest of hotel, even in second outside bar at side was excellent.
Overall top marks and we will definitely be back.

The food is awful here at min cheese no biscuits limited choice of main meal cold, salad choice is none existence and sweets by 8 nothing there nothing is replenished. Rooms ok about all it's going for it.

We just arrived today. (16th) Food at the self-service at the kids pool is lovely, couldn’t fault it. Haven’t eaten in the restaurant yet but have been speaking to people who say it’s lovely.

Day 2 here and it’s been great. Loads of food to choose from so should suit even the pickiest eaters. If all inclusive, it’s self serve wine and soft drinks in the restaurant. Had brekkie, lunch, dinner and snack station over these 2 days, pretty good so far! The entertainment reps are really friendly and do a good job.

We arrived yesterday (16th) and it was heaving at the check in desk waited 30 minutes to be told room wasn't ready, a couple of hiccups but it was worth it room is fab food is ex and the drink is wet absolutely fab hotel you won't be disappointed.

Here now very nice renovation rooms really nice air-conditioning spot on, staff are helpful and friendly the food is OK but that's what you get at all inclusive, two pool bars with one serving food most of the day with a good choice .

I'm at the Rosamar and it's honestly getting better every day..it was chaos when we arrived..

Food was always cold.
Bed sheets never cleaned.
Good location.
Good for kids entertainment.
Lifts AWFUL. Had to drag our suitcases up 5 flights of stairs.
Staff were friendly.
The food ruined it for me unfortunately.
