Always stay here, lovely pool area, staff amazing, food excellent and rooms upgraded. I don't think it's suitable for children.

Joanne Cooper, January 2017 - I have stayed at the Castilla. It is a beautiful hotel with fantastic food. You cannot go wrong with a Servi Group Hotel. Have also stayed at The Servi Group Venus. Amazing hotel.

Joan Heslop - stayed there a few years ago lovely rooms pool etc also food was good a bit quieter than the Rio Park but can always go in there for the entertainment and special offer drinks, highly recommend it.

Have stayed in the Castilla many times. It's in a brilliant location close to the strip & beach but far away not to be bothered by noise. Rooms are spacious and spotless ones over looking the pool get the sun in the winter. Restaurant is excellent lots of choice & variety. Staff are all very helpful especially Jackie the customer service agent. They do free tickets to Benidorm Palace which is well worth the visit. The only downside is that nobody seems to use the bar so not much atmosphere & entertainment mainly aimed at older clients. If you want to use it as a base & go out every night it's ideal.

Stayed at this hotel 3 times. Only 5 minutes from the main strip so not far to walk but out of ear shot of the bars etc. Rooms are of a good standards. Food is lovely something for everyone. Hotel staff very friendly . If you book direct with the hotel they offer free transfers to and from the airport.

All in all a good hotel and would recommend. I would add that the entertainment is on a low key scale.

Castilla is wonderful 4 stars. Smaller hotel plenty of sun beds, food lovely, free safe in room no.need to pay to hire it big beds bath and shower I couldn't fault it

Rooms are very nice. . Breakfast was very good too.

Stayed at the Castilla in August.. brilliant hotel .. !! great food (the Cornish pasties & thick English bacon) ..?.. was full board and so plenty of food and to honest ate way tooo much ?.. the hotel is spotlessly clean.. hotel is fairly quiet though being small and there's little or no entertainment even in August, normally just some Spanish flamenco dancers or organ player .. always went out so not an issue .. Jackie on reception is very friendly and helpful ?

The hotel is the perfect distance from the Calle Gerona so that it is it peaceful nights sleep but close enough to get to the bars in no time at all. The rooms are comfortable and the food is brilliant. The pool side gets the sun early enough to enjoy and it is peaceful. Stag/hen parties are not permitted which allows a nice atmosphere. Jackie and co have done a fantastic job with the hotel.
