Mechelle Jackson - I stayed here 2 years ago and heading back in 3 weeks. The hotel staff are friendly and rooms a good size. Maids come around every day and offer fresh towels etc. Restaurant is a little small but couldn't fault food and waiting staff. Pool is a lovely size and gets plenty of sun. Was rather quiet all day by the pool so no problem for a bed. Only thing is pool bar a little expensive but shops close by to buy big bottles of water for while I am sunbathing. Not on a hill and has a good ramp and reliable lifts. Central for both old and new town and close to the beach.
Cath Taylor - Stayed last year. The hotel is tired. Needs updating. The bathroom layout in some rooms are ridiculous you can't even sit on the toilet as there's a tiled wall in front of it. The hotel is clean and maid service daily. There's not a lot of choice food wise but what there is is nice enough. I liked the location, out of the noisy area but close enough to walk in to both old and new town. I'd give the Benidorm centre 7/10
Ann Noble February 2017 - It's nice.. clean rooms nice bar and pool. I'm staying there for paddy week. Stayed last one to. It's in a great location for old town and new. I'd recommend it.
Julia Goldspink February 2017 - Fine no problems. Stayed there quite a few times and nothing fancy but pleasant staff and good location.
We stayed there last year beds were hard. Bathroom was dark could do with updating . Easy walking distance to old town if you like the entertainment of new town its a bit of a walk . But there are some nice eating places close by

It is a lovely old fashioned hotel and does cater more for Spanish however Benidorm is in Spain and the Spanish people are allowed to stay in Benidorm, the food is good, the rooms are clean and warm and the hotel is quiet, if you are looking for fab location, good quality hotel, traditional Spanish I would most highly recommend., Ps been 3 times and love it, if you want all night noise go somewhere else.
Well we got back from the hotel Benidorm Centre..and all i can say is never again the rooms were huge and clean don't get me wrong but the staff are very ignorant my daughter dropped her rubber ring and kicked it by accident as she dropped it in front of her while walking one of the staff on reception started shouting and going mad....then on another day myself daughter and step son was walking through the reception we was all laughing and giggling going to get ready to go out so they was excited was my step sons 1st time in Benidorm it was on 6 in the evening and the man on reception told us very nastily to shush!! At least 3 times..we was on the 9th floor the lifts broke they only had the 2 small lifts so had to use the fire escape to go up and down...why they pay for entertainment i don't no as it was dead no 1 was interested as it was all Spanish singers...the food is disgusting!!! Moldy cheese we paid half bored for 6 went down twice and we couldn't eat it not much of selection either!!! No children's play area even though when i looked before booking it said there was....this hotel is fine for older people or people with no kids who just want to sleep there...not good for families at all was really disappointed especially with what we paid how this hotel is a 4 star i don't no..its very close to the strip and beach which is great but everything is terrible
My step son smashed is head in the shower split it open i went asked for an ambulance they rang me a taxi which took me to the end of the street to Europa Medical Centre i think there called who were great and got me an ambulance to Levante hospital who were also great...when we got back they never asked how he was or anything that was are 1st day....he had 6 stitches
work in progress
Just back from a week in this hotel and I must say the improvements have made such a big difference, the rooms are modern and bright with walk in showers, fridge and safe and large tv's. We were half board and the meals were very good with a good selection on offer, there are still floors that are not complete, so there are still workmen and maintenance guys there trying to iron out some minor problems such as leaky showers and electrical problems. I thought there is still room for improvement though such as handrails on some staircases, somewhere to air or dry clothes on the balcony.and more general information.as the information pack in the room only had laundry prices and nothing else, there are also music acts on but again no information anywhere in the hotel to tell you who is playing, but hopefully these things will improve once all is up and running, wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again in the future.
