Really fab hotel only 5 floors high with a Lift.

Stayed there in December, everything was lovely, staff were great, food fine, not as big a choice as in some of the larger hotels but we like the smaller hotels. Position is brilliant, rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean & what a view, we have just booked for March.

Fabulous position, great views...terrible hotel - I am not a fussy or picky eater and can generally find something to eat from the food on offer but I have to say the food was terrible, cold and unappetising. The staff across the board were ignorant, yes I fully understand there might be a language barrier but politeness and a friendly smile doesn't need a language, there were other guests from different countries who greeted us with a smile a nod or a good morning in their own tongue.

Everything seemed too much for the staff they appeared not to like doing their jobs. One day my husband was just eating his dessert and mid putting to his mouth a waitress came and snatched his plate away from him, a guest at another table saw this and was shocked at what she had just seen ,as we were too.

We had a fabulous view and the room was adequate but the stay wasn't enjoyable due to the rude staff and disgusting food. Also one day we thought we would sit on the outside area at the front café and have a coffee but after sitting there 20 minutes I had to go find a member of staff to serve us and she wasn't happy at this.

We stayed here in August, a front Sea view room, hotel in fantastic location, but we wouldn't go back, caters more for the Dutch, ourself and another couple were the only guests in the hotel from the UK, Any entertainment in the evening was only for the Dutch.

Restaurant staff were also rude to us, I don't think they like us from the UK , we are going back to Beni in May but staying at the Don Poncho this time.

Food 1/10 Felt like we were intruding. No choices and had been left out too long. We ate out.
Room 3/10 I have stayed in nicer youth hostels. Reminded me of a school trip to Belgium!
Pool 6/10 very overlooked for me.

I've just taken a 4 night short break at the Brisa between Christmas and new year , and yes i was impressed with the place for sure . The hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere, the staff were lovely , Special mention to Peter on reception who organised my room upgrade quickly so i had a sea view after i explained that as a photographer i wanted to get sunset shots and some night shots from my balcony ..
As i was only a bed and breakfast booking i can't give an extensive review of the food so all i can say is the breakfast buffet had good choice , variation and it was hot so that was all good for me ..
The location of the hotel on the beachfront is fantastic , it was fairly quiet and then only a 5 minute walk from all the busy lively bars . The pool area overlooking the beach was just an incredible place to sit and watch the sunset or just relax early morning with a coffee .

Would i return to the Brisa ? absolutely i would and soon i hope ..

We stay all the time, at least 3 times a year, brill wee hotel we like the food and the staff are lovely best hotel in Beni in my opinion and we have tried loads been going to Benidorm for 40 odd years.
