Have stayed several times. Fantastic location. Clean and basic. Staff very friendly. Food not good but just go room only, so many places to eat on your doorstep. Whilst you can request one of the limited balcony rooms, they are now charging €20 extra for a balcony room per night. Rooms that have balcony are at front and it is noisiest there. But all in all a fantastic location with friendly and helpful staff. Will return.

I liked it cheap and cheerful, excellent location . Ask for a balcony room as not all have them I sent and email before arrival and got one.

In a great location on Gin and Tonic street, close to the beach and in the midst of the bars and restaurants of Old Town.

Stayed in many hotels in Benidorm..at least 20 over the years, this was the worst by a very long shot. I know it's Spain, and I know they speak Spanish, but this hotel was for the Spanish, if you're into Spanish food, Spanish dancing every night, Spanish brand drink and food, the food was brought into hotel on the back of a lorry, not cooked on site, like school dinner's.

We have stayed a couple of times lovely and clean would recommend only slept there didn't eat so can't comment on food but the room was lovely

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in and we went half board and the food was awful!! And they have no pool!! Great location though in the old town!!

We are there now. Reminds me of a Travelodge room but cleaner really warm rooms big spotless and staff lovely. Food is basic and all good cooked fresh. Gave us an iron to use free of charge it's in walking Street central to everything in old town would stay again.

I stayed there last November the location was brill the room was clean and fine but we had to eat out as it was catered for the Spanish but would stay again x
