Was ok….everything in the apartment you need…fridge freezer…iron….no complaints from us….just make sure you check it when you go in and make a note or take pics of any damage as soon as you get inside and report it to reception straight away because you’ll loose your deposit if they think you did the damage.

Situated a fair walk up hill, dated, but friendly

Great size apartment's, we had washer so came home with minimal dirty clothes. Warning - Your deposit will not be refunded if rubbish is left as a couple of girls found out when were there, mind you they did leave a heap of a mess, no excuse as large waste bin just outside.

Not bad, we stayed here for Christmas and New Year.
If want super market when come out main gate turn right to top road and right again to end road about 4 mins walk very nice super market every thing u need in there.

If want bars come out main gate turn right and first right to end of road right again and straight down hill you will find Uncle Rons only 1 euro pint and several other good bars, on Calle Londres.

Love these apartments, the higher up the better the view. Very quite, but no bar or food etc. Stayed 3 times, they are always booked out with regulars I think. Tried to book a few times and never had any available on dates I looked for. Christopher on reception if he is still there is a lovely man and very helpful.

Just home from the Don Gregorio. Picked up keys at beunavista as late arrival paid £100 in cash but bizarrely this was sent

to the apartments so we had to check out on site by 10am ..had no idea this is what we had to do as we've always had to go back to key pick up point until the caretaker guy called us back and then got a bit funny with us for not asking him..

Anyway block itself is up a bit of a hill but really wasn't an issue. It's not at the top of the hill like some say it's only about half way.. some lovely bars nearby including a new Italian.

There are 2 lifts 14 floors 2 apartments on each floor.. strangely the light switch for the corridors is near the stairs and not outside the lifts.. but the door bells look the same and are directly opposite but after getting it wrong when you arrive hopefully you'll remember after...luckily our neighbour was out lol. Apartments themselves are a fair size there's an open balcony plus another room that houses the safe and airer..a utility room. Kitchen with hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer. Lounge was ok with sofa bed and flat screen tv. Twin bedroom large wardrobe.

Bathroom very small shower over bath and not much room to step in and out but was ok.

There is no aircon but it's safe enough to leave the windows open unless you have Spider-Man in the building.

Overall would stay again. they are basic cheap and cheerful but beds were comfortable.

We were there 11 night and had one bed change which we expected by they just handed us the clean bedding told us to strip the beds and they'd be back in 5 to collect the dirty laundry...Never had that before lol

I'm staying here at the moment, it's about a 30 second walk up from Jukebox bar. Fairly good location for getting everywhere, short walk to beech or the main strip for all the entertainment. Cheap and cheerful with a decent balcony, quiet and at the price they charge makes it a perfect spot for somewhere to get a shower and get your head down! That's all I use it for.

stay here every time i go to Benidorm, next stay will be fiesta in November, I think they are brilliant for the price you pay, and hill not too bad and never been disturbed with noise.
