Moira Henry - We stayed there last year and really enjoyed it, right on the beach and lovely bars to visit, it's a good hour walk to the new town but you can get the bus on the shore front that takes you there for 1.50 and the bus back drops you off at the lovely bar called the ginger nuts! Which is a 2 min walk from the el faro. The couple that own the ginger nuts are very helpful and will be more than happy to help you out. A taxi will cost you 10 euro each way,

Amelia Yon - The apartments are really basic and needs updating, there is a bus you can get from across the road on the beach that will take you into the new town or if you fancy a walk up that steep hill there is a bus that goes into the new town from there. There are some nice pubs and restaurants close but it's not as busy and lively as the new town. The beach is amazing tho just a stroll across the road.

Mary Beadle - stayed here in February. Spacious apartments, nice pool, couple of bars nearby. Number 3 bus into Benidorm every ten minutes, 1.50 euros, bus stops opposite childrens fair ground in new Benidorm. Hope that helps

Sharon Braynion - Apartments are basic but clean , a long way from the nightlife of the new town , there is a nice pool , a bar , and a Gym , its not far from the Bali hotel , bus or taxi needed to the lively part , unless you like a good walk 1hr at least.

Donna McWilliam - Stayed here a couple of years ago found the apartments to be lovely and friendly in a nice quiet area with a few nice bars, only a few minutes walk to the beach, easy bus ride to the centre of Benidorm x

Lynn Wood - Beautifully beach area. Stayed a while ago in El Faro good apartments lots of bars about and more up at the Bali and lovely area La Cala, easy bus to Benidorm if you want nightclubs, but I would be happy to stay in that area not a night owl prefer the day, can sit in a pub at home.

We were there last week...they've modernist some of the rooms since we went last year, yet again the rooms were spotless....a taxi from the new town at night cost us between €10.50 & €12 xx
