Loved it at this hotel close to all amenities lovely staff

Well ive just got back from a week stay in joya
notel and have to say never again.i had all my
money stolen 900 euro out of the room only
after a few hours of arriving there didnt even
get a chance to get a safe as arrived early
hours and you have to pay a deposit for key
from reception. Only person that was in the
room was the cleaner who came in early
morning which i found strange as we had just
arrived.Hotel and police were not interested. I
vas made out to be the criminal. A few people
we spoke to said that they had also had money
taken but not a lot. Please avoid here. Lesson
learnt i will never carry cash again

It’s a decent hotel in a good location, staff and friendly and close enough to everything

We stayed there in May time and found the hotel to be spotless. It’s about 15 mins walk either way to old /new town depending what direction u go. Staff were really friendly . Once u walk down hill there’s bars down either street. Was perfect for us as it was within walking distance for everything and quiet at night. There’s also a McDonald’s round the corner. Or if u want to get a taxi it’s about 7 euros to new town. We also had brekkie on our last morning and it was lovely . Enjoy,

Really nice hotel we loved it

Quiet area but several little bars and cafes around and very near local policia so no rowdy crowds. Easy walk down to either the new town or the old town.

It a nice Hotel, lovely pool.. It’s closer to the old town, nice residential Spanish bars close by too. Plus, if you’re using shuttle service it’s pick up and drop off on your door step, and there is a bus stop right across the road that will take you into new part if you didn’t fancy a walk

Lovely pool area. Even in winter it’s nice enough to go for a dip. They also have a little jacuzzi

I have stayed there and it was clean and basic and we liked it but no entertainment but we were out and about every day. We were B&B so can only comment on the breakfast food which was continental style. The staff were very nice and it was about 10 mins walk to the old town. It was quiet at night and the staff were very helpful. - it was a good base for going out and about each day.
