I'm here now. Lovely hotel but food hit and miss
Lovely hotel, breakfast good, evening meals wasn't for us, but plenty of nice places to eat across the road, pool area is lovely but don't open doors until 9.30, rooms are lovely and soundproof so no listening to noisy neighbours, entertainment is rubbish but plenty of great bars across road with tribute acts on, enjoy your stay where back there next month for our 5th visit
Just come back from there. Can't fault it from location thru standards and service. You will enjoy. Lovely pool layout and flora/ fauna.
Lovely hotel. You’ll not be disappointed
Nice hotel, very quiet in the evenings, food was awful apart from breakfast and I’m not fussy, found it a trek at night coming back from the strip etc x
Brill hotel, but only had breakfast there. Going back there on Saturday, full board this time.
Melia hotel1st class had a week here hotel is very clean from bars to wc areas reception and pool area staff are fantastic from reception to cleaners couldn’t help enough had the breakfast option with booking food / restaurant was great.
Although busy also got sun loungers and hotel supply pool towels
15/ 20 mins walk to the beach and same to the strip
Can’t fault the hotel

My favourite hotel, not sure what people find wrong with the food I've always thought it was good, pool area is fabulous & good sized clean rooms, lovely staff. Great location far enough away from the strip that you don't get the noise but a 10 min walk to the action, great bar's across the road too, enjoy.

I'm here now staying half board. Cooked breakfast is ok cereal not much choice eg no Weetabix or cornflakes. Just muesli, coco pops & special k. Two toasters for 100's of people queueing! Plenty fruit yogurts etc.
Evening meals not great. Salads OK but cooked stuff isn't great at all. Who the hell wants pigs cheeks (face or butt cheeks?) Every night? Veal, loads of fish I've never heard of. Veg not up to much either. But deserts were very good.
Flamingo oasis food is miles better.
Entertainment is erm ....
But over the road a choice of great bars with all you want. Kids allowed in too.
I've previously stayed next door all inc Flamingo oasis.... food great entertainment good too.

Came home from Meliá on Wednesday morning. Lovely hotel in great location but won't return because of the food. Evening meals were very disappointing. I ended up with tuna salad 5 nights and ate out the other 2. My partner had cheesecake and melon 4 nights. Not good value for money.
Can highly recommend the Flamingo Oasis next door.
Fabulous hotel, got back 3 weeks ago my fourth stay & I'll definitely be going back
We stayed in The Melia 6 weeks ago for the first time, and it now our go to hotel. Big rooms. Bed was huge and a seating area too. Spacious bathroom and a decent sized balcony.
The hotel is massive. We were only on the 2nd floor so we could use the stairs but there are loads of floors.
The outdoor space is huge. Loads of sunbeds. A few pools, including an indoor pool. A bar area. Daily fitness activities too.
Food wise, it’s fine. I’m a fussy eater anyway. But I didn’t think the selection was that big. But you won’t starve.
And over the road is Rock & Roll House Benidorm and The Corner Bar Benidorm.
Hotel lovely but food awful. Stayed there for a week 9th April. Cater more for Spanish.
We stayed at Melia Benidorm recently. All looks great online with the photos but frankly found it to be soul-less and considering it’s a 4 star hotel, we spotted stuff that should’ve been smartened up. Found the rooms small too.
Handy though at end of night being opposite ‘Rock & Roll House Benidorm’ and ‘Tropical Bar.’
Cracking hotel, buffet breakfast spot on. Pool area just been redone
Great choice for couples and familiesSituated a little way back from the bright lights of Benidorm, the Melia Benidorm still has a good selection of bars and restaurants on its doorstep. It is a great choice for couples and families looking to enjoy fabulous food, spacious pools, tropical gardens and stylish accommodation whilst still being within easy reach of the beach and resort centre.
Make your stay extra special in The Level room and look forward to VIP service, luxury extras and exclusive entry to The Level Lounge.
FANTASTIC STAYWe had a fantastic family holiday here, just back from a week over Christmas. Santa and Elves for kids on Christmas day, heated indoor pool. Great entertainment located just across the road. Staff are so friendly and helpful, cleaners in every day. Was so good we booked for next Christmas

After the 'hype' I heard about the Melia I couldn't wait to try it!! We went last September and I too was disappointed, the dining room was disorganised and overall chaotic!! Would not stay there again, unless they were giving few holidays away if course, then I may reconsider!! Lots of other far superior hotels in Beni!!

Stayed there in June for 9 nights Lovely room and fabulous outdoor pool and indoor pool and jacuzzi felt staff ignored you if Spanish guests were around and served them first and the food was worst I've had in all the hotels I've stayed in.
