John Lord - We stayed here 2 years ago

Well reccomend. We have booked again for March

    Great position near Dove Park

Alison Breen - Milords apartments, best to get a sea view or you will be looking over a closed-in courtyard. The sea view balconies look over the Dove Park and are great for people-watching, also, because the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment you dont hear any noise from the walking street. The Tanit is also right on the Dove Park, we often stop there for a sangria but have never stayed there, been in to use the toilets which were spotless, its a very Spanish hotel. The Marconi, a bit further along has a roof top pool.

Lorraine Norris Ne Grundy - Lovely apts brilliant location facing beach .if you want sea view they are quiet a bit more expensive .proper cooker/ microwave /fridge in them separate bedroom bathroom with shower in bath and hairdryer .friendly staff only downfall if you are on 1st floor at front quiet noisy early morning as cafe bar opens early which you are over top of .roof top terrace and small plunge pool, we stopped twice and are booked in for next march all in all very good would recommend .

Adge Gorstridge - Stay here in December most years - great value, lovely apartments and staff very nice and friendly. Cafe has some excellent cakes. Great location if you like the Old Town. Have never had one of the apartments on the front with balcony and wouldn't pay the supplement - believe it's anything from 20 - 30 euros a night as the total cost last year was £87 for 4 nights.

Mary Farrell - A bit dated but lovely and clean. Staff great. Location great for Old Town but only a few euros to New anyway. Stayed a few times now and will definitely stay again

We stayed here for 8 nights at the end of May for my 40th birthday celebrations and found the price to be reasonable for the time of year and a room with a view. The location of the apartments is excellent if you want to be in the Old Town. Right at the end of Walking Street opposite the beautiful Poniente Beach.

Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had requested a high floor and we were given a room on the 4th floor which is at the top. We booked a sea view room and the views from it were great. The apartment building itself was kept spotlessly clean and it has a coffee shop which sells drinks and pastries etc. There is also a lovely courtyard at the side to sit out on and tables out on Walking Street that spray mist from the umbrellas when it's hot.

A group of my friends also stayed in Milords Suites but they didn't book a sea view room. Their room was lovely but at the back and it was a lot smaller than ours and had no balcony.

We paid €50 breakages deposit on check in and €12 for the safe key for 8 nights. My friends paid €10 for their safe key for the 5 nights they joined us. There was only one lift but we never had to wait for it for very long.

Our room was large and spotlessly clean. We had a long corridor with a door to the bedroom and another to the bathroom and at the end there was another door to the large kitchen/seating area which had sliding doors leading onto the balcony.

The bedroom was large and clean. It had two windows with blinds and shutters so it was very secure. There were two single beds with a table between them. We just moved the table and pushed the beds together. The mattresses were the most comfortable ones that I have slept on in Benidorm. Mattresses are a personal thing though so what one person likes another may not. I found them to be great though and the sheets were very clean. There was a small full length mirror. We had two large double wardrobes in our room with plenty of storage space. Could be doing with a few more hangers as I think there was only 4 in each wardrobe but there were plenty of shelves as well. One of the wardrobes had the safe in it and extra blankets. The bedroom had aircon. The aircon in the bedroom and living room was built into the walls and not separate units. It all worked from the one control which was on the wall in the hallway. It maybe wasn't as powerful as other aircon units but it soon cooled the place down but it wasn't freezing, although I did have to turn it off a few times! You get two keys on check in and one has to go into a unit by the door to work the electric. We left that one in all the time so the room was cool anytime we came back after being out.

The bathroom was large and again very clean. There was a large modern sink with two large drawers under it. There was a mirror over the sink.

It had a couple of hooks to hang clothes etc on and a towel rail, toilet & bidet. There was a large bath with shower over it. The water pressure from the shower was very bad but once the shower head had been replaced it was excellent. The towels were small but were clean and did the job. It also had a hair dryer.

The kitchen/living area in our apartment was very large. Twice the size of my friends apartment at the back. It had modern units with plenty of storage space, a fridge with a small freezer in it, two ring hob and a sink. There was no kettle or toaster but you can get these from reception if needed, it also had a microwave and an oven. There was 4 of all the cutlery and glasses. Knives, forks, spoons and small and large glasses, plates and bowls etc. There was also a jug. The dining area had a table with four chairs, and there was a sofa bed and small table. TV but only a couple of English news channels. We didn't use the bed part of the sofa so I can't comment on how comfortable ours was but one of our friends slept on the sofa bed in their room and she said it was fine.

The patio doors to the balcony locked which was good and there was also a shutter that you could pull down while you were out which made the apartment very secure.

The balcony had a table and two chairs and a clothes dryer, and a brush and dust pan. The balcony was on the small side but fine for two people and great for people watching.

The apartments have free wifi and I found it to work really well. It was good that when returning to your room after being out it automatically reconnected. Most places I have stayed in in Benidorm you have to reconnect every time you return to your room. So I'd have to say that the wifi at Milords Suites is the best I've used so far.

The apartments also have a large roof terrace which is great for sunbathing. There is about 10 sun beds provided. We couldn't find a door to the pool. When I asked at reception they said that there wasn't one. I did hear though that it has been closed due to it leaking!

The apartments have a 24 hour reception and the main door is closed at night. The security guard lets you in if you are out late.

Check out was easy and we got our €50 deposit back with no problem. Just remember to bring the TV remote down with you when checking out as we didn't and had to go back up for it. It was the same for my friends in the other room!

I wouldn't hesitate to return to Milords Suites again and was very impressed by them, I can definitely recommend it. The internal rooms are nice but I do think it's worth the extra money for a sea view.

This was our second visit to Milords Suites. The first time was 2018 for my 40th birthday where we had a balcony apartment which was excellent. As we were going in November this time and the fiesta was on we decided to go for an internal room. This apartment was also excellent, the only difference being that there is no view, which is to be expected in an internal room.

Check in was very quick and friendly and the lady on reception remembered us from last year which was nice. There is a €50 breakages deposit to pay on check in and €10 for the safe key. You also got the remote for the tv.

I had requested a large internal room and that’s what we got. The room was at the lift but there was very little noise from people using it. There was a large kitchen/living/ dining room with a window. There was a fridge, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, two ring hob and sink. There was also plenty of utensils if you wanted to cook a meal.

The bathroom was again large and clean with a large sink with two drawers under it, toilet and bidet and there was a large walk in shower with plenty of hot water and great water pressure.

The bedroom had two single beds which could be pushed together if needed. The mattresses were very comfortable. There was also a window and outside of the window there was a clothes dryer for hanging towels etc on (there was also one in the bathroom). There were two large double wardrobes with plenty of hangers and the safe was inside one of them. There were also extra blankets if needed.

The room was cleaned twice in our weeks stay and the towels were changed each time. The maids did a great job and were very friendly.

Check out was quick and there were no problems getting the €50 deposit back. Remember to bring the remote for the tv down with you.

On the night of the fireworks display we went to the roof terrace to watch them and there was a great view of them from there.

Milords Suites is in an excellent location in the Old Town and we will definitely return. I preferred the balcony room last year but was glad we chose the internal room over the fiesta as I think the balcony room would have been very noisy!

Milords, ok only if you get a front view, rooms at the back look at a wall.
