booked but with us flying in late land 9.15pm 1-8-19 we are being refused check in between 11 and midnight even though theres a surcharge of 40e upto 11pm, doesn't look like the payma will budge so looks like credit card claim will be needed , pity , we were looking forward to staying here. never had issues with late check ins anywhere until now (also never had been asked for a late check in surcharge till now 0

My self and 6 friends stayed here. What can I say I had no faults whatsoever and even got supplied with beach towels. Room so spacious and spotless and I would Deffo recommend it .thank you my pretty payma my 50th birthday was one to remember from start to finish. Central to all bars also.

I have to say that payma apartments are outstanding..... the location is spot on for a group of hens... the owner is great.... the place is safe..... rooms are very modern.... I have stayed here a number of times and never had a problem

Michael - me and my friends stayed there 2 years ago, Pros = central to the best entertainment available, the apartment is fantastic, huge living room, 2 bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and another separate bathroom, spotless clean, Cons = no balcony, but the biggest thing was the pool, in all my years going to Benidorm i have never ever seen a dirtier more disgusting pool, there was dozens of cigarette butts in it, pizza slices, half eaten sandwiches, crisp packets, any sort of rubbish you can name was in that pool, we were there for 10 days and it was like that from day one till we left.

Ian Clough - Stayed there in April on a stag do, not boisterous. Big apartments, quite well equipped but very basic. Clean though and very central. They are rough around the edges but for a long weekend, perfectly OK. Paid a breakage deposit to Alex as a hold on my credit card and left on good terms with nothing to pay. Would stay again if with lads. Maybe 7/10.
