A fantastic hotel. I couldn’t fault it but being I am nearly 80 and overweight I found the trek hard going from the beach as it is all up hill. I used to catch the bus up to Clinica Benidorm and walk down the lane on the side of Mercadonna to it. That’s a lot easier xxx

We just stayed there 10-17 January. Lovely hotel, staff all nice and helpful. Food good. Entertainment not great but loads more places to go to - depending on mobility, but a €6-7 taxi to/from new town otherwise just a 10 min walk. Perfect for old town. Only quibble I had was the floors in the room were very dusty. Try putting black trousers on without them touching the floor!!

I went to Princessa last year with my autistic son. Was great! The kids club had like 4 ps5s and the guy who ran it was amazing 👏 also the buffet always had something my son could eat like pizza and chips everyday which made our trip so much easier. They have great kids play area and a small water side. However make sure bring inflatable armbands/jacket the water at slide deep.

RH Princesa , was there before Xmas 100% child friendly , activities on in side room while mums and dads had their cocktails and watched the Act on . Good quality drinks too . Splash zone for kids and activities through out the day . In great area of old town.

We have been to Princesa 4 times now and can say it’s a beautiful hotel. Rooms are fab and food is lovely, lots of deserts with custard and cream. We like the location as it’s close to old town but not far away from new. I would just say that the entertainment is awful, which makes no difference to us as we go out for entertainment. However, if you plan to stay in, this isn’t the place

Hi. We're not long back from Benidorm. We stayed at the Rh Princessa I would recommend it to anyone with kiddies as they have so many facilities and activities for kids - Football, basketball, mini golf, bouncy castle, soft play, trampolines , a little waterpark all on site. Plenty of activities and a daily kids club it's great for families although not great entertainment wise as an adult at night. Food was actually pretty good too. My son is not quite 2 years old yet it was his first proper holiday and he loved the hotel.
