Been going here for over 15 years. It’s the staff that make the royal . Like home from home .
We alternate our trips between old town and new town.
More restful at the royal and quieter holiday if needed.. 😉

Its a lovely hotel ,rooms are a good size wee bit in need of modernisation, carpeted so no bed scraping noises from room above, I'm a very fussy eater but didn't have any issue with the food was plenty to choose from.
Pool area nice, there are pool activities on during the day . If not Al the pool bar was very pricey for soft drinks .Staff all very nice.
Its in an ideal location for Old Town and a 10 min walk to the New Town . We would definitely book again.

We are going later this year for the third time. In October I find the pool cold but plenty of sunbathing if you move with the sun.
On all inclusive food is fabulous and drink excellent.
Night time entertainment is great but only a short walk to both new and old town.
I ask for a room facing the pool as some rooms looking over the road can be noisy. -

Wouldn't stay anywhere elseWent in February, loved it so much booked again for March and now going back again in December. Food excellent. Lovely spacious rooms. Great entertainment every night. Also staff were wonderful. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when coming back to Benidorm.

I stayed there a few years ago and couldn’t fault it a first class hotel with nice bedrooms and excellent food menus you will never go hungry I can highly recommend and would love to go back it’s the convince to know if you arrive by coach it will drop you out side !!!!!
