Thank you for your review. Its always nice when people give us feedback, especially when we incorporate new apartments into our portfolio of some 200 plus apartments. Since March when the refurbishments were completed as an expense of 1.2M Euros, we have been working in Acuarium 2, and the feedback has been incredible. The repeat business from these apartments have far exceeded any other apartments we have done. There is always teething problems, especially straight after the summer when you came along, but as you mention, we sort the problems very quickly. Even when you locked yourself out, we were down immediately. Concerning costing, our inhouse computer compares our price with all agencies in Benidorm and sites including booking.com to ensure we have the cheapest rates available, keeping in mind we include the aircon free in these apartments where most agencies charge, and meet you at any time of day & night with the keys, where most places you have to trek to an agency.. If you find something comparable cheaper, we will beat the price. We have over 200 plus apartments so if you find these were small, try one of our other apartments.
