Just got home from staying here.. What can I say... Well l was surprised to say the least the hotel is spanish and does cater for the Spanish.. Who would of thought of it... Lol. The staff absolutely great. Can't do enough for you.. We stayed for 2 weeks and all inclusive.. The food at dinner time was hot. Plenty of selection. Drinks come with your meal.. Water. Wine or a small beer... Tea time was the same beautiful food. Rooms where cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We got a pack lunch to take away with us when we left... Another touch of class by the hotel...
Special mention to Jason the animation team in the afternoon.. Great bloke sound. Funny as well.. Felt like he's doing his job with 1 arm behind his back...
Here's the downside of the hotel
    1. Food at breakfast not catered for British people.. Didn't even have beans..
    2. Entertainment on a night time was all in Spanish when I asked the entertainer to play some mixture of music he looked like I shot his dog... He was on 3 nights a week..
    3. Food. Ie snacks on a daytime needs to be cooked for longer. Burgers but pink for me. But a request you can get them cooked more to your taste.. The Spanish ppl some of the time where great.. But some didn't care.. Only there for 2/3 days let there kids run a moc....
Whould I stay here again.... Yes in a heart beat..

    Harry Grant - July 2018

Vista Oro not a bad little hotel 50/50 British and Spanish, Spanish can be a bit intimidating towards the British if you let them, but found it getting noisier over the years

Maxine Thomson - 29th April 2018 - I went there a couple of years ago with two other friends luckily we all had balcony views even though we all had our own rooms, we got chatting to a couple of lads that had one facing the brick wall guess thats just the luck of the draw extremely central to everything but the hotel was mainly Spanish when we were there but some of the entertainment was brilliant then off out to other places it wasn't really for kids but the beach is minutes away

Deborah Curran - 29th April 2018 - We went last year 5 of us 2 adults 19, 18 and 14 year old we loved it it's in a great location close to beach clean food good no queuing for drinks loads of beds there was children and three was a lovely guy entertaining them but no kids club so depends what your after X

Retep Sekots - We stayed last year, drinks are basic and food was good and varied, ask for a pool view room or there’s nothing at the back, next to the school but not to bad. 10-15 minute walk to dove park and beach or 30 minutes to new town. Entertainment was not up to much, All in all though it was was fine and I would stop there again

We just got back after our second visit.
We love the place it is situated in the old town opposite the Crystal Park.
It is all inclusive and if you want branded drinks you pay a small charge per drink, I was paying 1.30 for a Jack Daniels and coke which was like a treble, champagne is free and they have cocktail machines.

The food is typical hotel buffet, salads, paella, sausages, chips, fish, currys, etc always presented well and hot. During the day very basic snacks, crisps and nuts from the bar, chicken nuggets, chips, burgers, chicken wings, to keep you going till meal times.

The hotel itself, doesn't look the best from the outside, has a small lift, but..... The staff are great the rooms get cleaned every day, no signs of theft or anything like that, a lot of Spanish use this hotel but English also.
    Pool is small but ok.

Entertainer during the day (Jason) very good.

We have been twice, and we have met people there who return year after year.
What I will say is, it isn't the best compared to the big hotels in the "new town" but we love it because it's ideal for the old town, you can have a quiet tapas night or walk/taxi into the new town then come back somewhere more peaceful after your night out.

We don't really use the all inclusive but as it's cheap we get it anyway for beers and drinks during the day and basic snacks, but we like to eat out anyway :-)
Lovely little hotel, great price, clean and friendly.
Only negative is the Wifi is 15 euro a week unless you book directly with the hotel.

It all depends what your into, we use it as a great little hub for during the day and a decent nights sleep after a heavy nigh

We had a weeks stay here in April 2018. It is located in the Old Town and is only a short walk to the beach front. The hotel itself is small and well run. Our room was to the back of the hotel and you have a view of the buildings behind, but the veranda has the sun in the afternoon. It overlooks a school that had the unusual way of calling the pupils to class in the morning. They played "Jonnie be Good" over the PA system.

The dining room, although small, is well appointed and we both enjoyed our meals here. Breakfast was the best, and set us up nicely for the day.

The rooms are comfortable particularly the mattress, which had memory foam on the top.

The entertainment was basic but enjoyable. WE last stayed in Benidorm on the Fiesta Park a stay that we did not enjoy as it was full of Spanish pensioners and they were totally ignorant. This time however the pensioners were great company, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The staff are very helpful and did their best to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Would we go back, well no, not because it was a bad experience, simply because we want to go to another part of Benidorm.

Home time for us in the morning. Benidorm is great and the weather has been fab...

For anyone that ever looks at port vista oro with kids DON'T.

The hotel in lovely and clean and the food has been ok. But the Spanish oldies that come here every night for the rubbish entertainment (which was included in my cost of £1300) do not like children. My niece (whose parents also paid £1300) got shooed off the dance floor because she wasn't doing the bloody waltz !! And they have the same set routine every night even of they don't stay here. So considering we paid I just think it was a bit rude. And they could cater for the English at least 1 night out of 7

To come without children is spot on. Deffo not a family hotel at all

Over all we love Benidorm and WILL be back
