Situated on the popular Cumbre del Sol this fabulous villa is on the lower levels in the Frenos area, some 15 minutes drive from Moraira and Javea and 5 minutes from the village of Benitachell.

We park our car behind gates on the private driveway and walk around the villa up a couple of steps and in through the glazed Naya overlooking the terrace and well-maintained garden. The Naya has sliding windows that open fully and it leads into the lounge with a log burner. From here a hallway takes us to the modern fitted kitchen and then onto 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning and a single bedroom, all sharing a large bathroom with a shower unit.

Outside we have well-maintained gardens on a flat plot, tastefully set out with hidden shaded areas beneath the trees. There is a large terrace for outdoor dining and entertaining.

To the side of the villa, there is a steel staircase that leads to the recently converted loft. Originally used as a study but presently contains a double bed for guests. There is a partial sea view from the top of the stairs.

The location of this villa benefits from being close to some fabulous sea views, in only a short walk there is a lovely walk along a ridge that gives us stunning sea views as seen in the photos. Often a place where residents take a chair and enjoy a beer or a picnic, there are some fabulous sunrise views to behold from here.
