Camping Villamar, in Benidorm, is looking to hire a Night Receptionist

If you love hospitality and want to be part of our amazing project, in CAMPING VILLAMAR we need to incorporate a Night Receptionist to our team.

Duties:
• Welcome and check out guests.
• Coordinate, control and manage the different services related to their stay.
• Contribute, at an appropriate level of management, to the quality of the work provided in other areas of the camping. Take care also of customer service and concierge services for the guests of the camping.
• Know the services offered to customers (schedules, breakfast, lunch / dinner services, terrace, services in the camping,
• Closing daily production system / Operational and accounting audit


Requirements / Skills:

• Experience in customer service / hospitality industry, at least 1 year
• Involvement, Responsibility, Flexibility in working hours
• Communication, interpersonal and listening skills
• Computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Spanish working papers (candidates must be legally authorized to work in Spain)
• English and Spanish, professional level
