Four more arrested in another drug operation in Benidorm
Police dismantle another organisation dedicated to the sale of illegal substances in Benidorm.
On this occasion, the investigators kept track of four people they suspected might be using a hospitality establishment to traffic narcotic substances.
The investigations carried out made it possible to identify the alleged members verifying that they were the owner and the workers of the establishment, who had previous police records for drug trafficking.
The business had multiple security measures, whether video surveillance cameras or double entry doors to hinder access to anyone outside it. In addition, the premises lacked windows and the wrought iron fence of one of the doors had a double lock
As a result of the inquiries by the investigators together with the police officers of the Attached Unit of the National Police of Alicante, the four arrests and the search of the establishment were carried out, where about 20 grams of cocaine were seized, as well as different amounts of marijuana and hashish. Also more than 1,700 euros and various ammunition.
The detainees, Spaniards between 30 and 58 years old, were placed at the disposal of the number one Court of Instruction of Benidorm.
This investigation and the Coaine ring which has been dismantled were carried out by agents of the Judicial Police Brigade of the Commissariat of the National Police of Benidorm.
