Occupants of a small boat which landed in Benidorm today have been detained

A small boat landed this morning at 09.47 at the Cala Ti Ximo Beach in Benidorm –  The boat contained 11 occupants, all were male and two of them are believed to be minors. They were taken to the police station with members of the Red Cross in attendance to assist.

The 112 call was received by the police alerting them to the sighting of the boat that was heading to the Benidorm coast the National and Local Police attended the call out

Police sources have reported that at first only two of the occupants were intercepted, although minutes later they located the remaining men, thanks to the collaboration of people who were passing through the area. The boat was moved to the port of Benidorm.

The same police sources report that there are 9 men and it is presumed that they are all of Arab origin . Waiting to confirm the data on the occupants of the boat, it is believed that 2 of them could be minors.
