SATE Assistance in Benidorm : 🛡️ Support for Tourists When You Need It Most - S.A.T.E. stands for Servicio de Atención al Turista Extranjero — the Foreign Tourist Assistance Office. It's a special unit of the National Police that provides personalised support to tourists who have been victims of crime or other distressing incidents while visiting Benidorm.
🗣️ Assistance is available in English, French, German, and Russian.
🤝 The service is offered in collaboration with the Tourist Board.

SATE does not deal with traffic incidents. For these, please contact the Local Police and ask for the "atestado" department.
