Senior Masters Tour coming to Benidorm
The P.G.A. Senior Masters Tour is coming to Benidorm on the Costa Blanca in 2018 from November 29 to December 1 and Union Jack Golf Reservations are offering special “Full Package” deals so that you can come and enjoy this unique event on the European Senior Circuit here in Spain, where the best players over 50 years old meet in the tournament to be held at Meliá Villaitana.

The Costa Blanca Cup brings together 4,000 footballers
Costa Blanca Cup celebrates its 25th consolidated edition from July 1 to 7 as a national and international reference football tournament , which in this edition attracts 4,000 players from 17 countries and has become “the sporting event with the greatest number of participants not only from Benidorm, but from the entire province of Alicante,
Altea, Calpe, La Nucía, La Vila Joiosa and Polop complete with Benidorm the payroll of a tournament that is based “on three pillars: the promotion of values, the international character of the event and the economic impact” in venues that they lodge the participants. In this sense, Costa Blanca Cup constitutes a “model of tourist sport in which players and companions use sport as a tool for tourism”.
276 teams from 17 countries on four continents: Europeans France, Russia, England, Northern Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Iceland, Norway, Spain and the newcomer Turkey; Morocco as an African representative, the Asians Japan, Bahrain, Kuwait and Jordan, as well as the United States and Brazil. In total, almost 4,000 players, including 400 girls, who will play 660 games and spend a week living on and off the turf to generate 24,000 direct overnight stays in the town.
