The front line position means unrivalled views.
Hotel clean, bit dated but refurb going on. Good size room. balcony with shabby furniture but serviceable. Fridge in room. Good showers.
Not so good was the meals. We love Spanish food but found it all very unappetising and ‘cheap menu’.
Chicken was bargain drumsticks, fish was a nondescript grey offer.
Restaurant female manager a bit abrupt but staff were great.
I wouldn’t go back as I wasn’t happy with meals but would consider as bed only.
Shame as the views are outstanding.
Benikaktus is a lovely hotel just been refurbished stunning views as all rooms face the sea, food very good yes up a hill but it has an entrance half way up it which you all use. Also has a indoor pool .
Good hotel great views from rooms very clean just had a refurb only down side for us dinner starts at 8 pm so if you go out 4 entertainment you might struggle 2 get seats but food is good lovely hotel stay there every year in Sept recommend def
Stayed there in October, bus dropped us outside so didn’t have to walk up hill. We didn’t eat in but that was our choice, it looked OK. Rooms need updating but not bad, no one spoke to us the whole time we where in hotel but again this didn’t worry us. Views are fab, just depends what your looking for x
Stayed at the Benikactus in June and surprisingly it was pretty good, the staff we saw mainly on the desk were excellent, the rooms were big and clean,we didn’t eat as we’re too hungover, all in all I’d go back with the family there were no complaints to be honest
WeeCarol – April 2016 -Hi Was at The Benikaktus a few years ago. Think all rooms look on to the sea great views. Very warm with sun shine all day. Nice clean rooms. Cannot remember much about the food. Your transfer will drop you off beside McDonald you walk up a little hill to hotel. But there is a side door that takes you down steps to the beach.
Linda Mclaughlin Foreman, June 2016 – Benikaktus is fine a good base central for everything and great view food is very repetitive have stayed there three times but last year took our 5 yr old grandson not recommended.

Marie Devlin, October 2016 – I love the Benikaktus for the location and the views from the bedrooms, views to die for, lovely and quiet at night, I can lie and listen to the waves crashing in below, Entertainment not really that great but the Spanish like it and there is dancing every night, The food is not bad, but some nights we eat out for a change….I could sit in that balcony all day, it even has a day bed in it.
Kieron Davies, October 2016 – We stayed in the Benikaktus Rincon end , rooms spotless towels changed everyday it really is a fabulous clean hotel with mainly German guests but that’s fine , food a let down but hey I’ll eat out , Every room has a sea view, won’t stay anywhere else now as Margaret loves it , be back too right this is gods country.
Maxine Kiel, July 2017 – Really nice just come back 2 weeks ago lovely rooms and views nice big bar location good would stay again …….. but we ate out all the time food Awful
