Stayed a couple of years ago. Good sized pool. Nice rooms. Food was great with lots of variety and different themes such as BBQ, American night etc.
The snack bar was simple but toastie, fruit etc are more than enough for snacks. Wine was served with meals in caraffs so there was plenty to have a couple of glasses each at tea time. From the pool bar you can only get halves and it's two per person which is a bit of a pain but not the worst thing on holiday.
The only thing that let it down for me was people is large groups reserving sunbeds early and going out for the day. I know this happens in a lot of hotels, so it's not a problem exclusive to Dynastic. It could do with a system to prevent this. (Beware that the staff of the pub that faces over the pool like to take the mick out of the sunbed rush..🙄)
There weren't any hen or stag groups (or at least no rowdy ones). There were however a couple of groups of rowdy families that ended up joining up and being a pain. I felt for the staff as they struggled to control their behaviour and security was called at one point.
Entertainers were lovely and the exercise classes were a good idea as it was made into a fun activity.
Overall it's a good hotel in a brilliant location.
Was there 2 weeks ago , we couldn’t fault it ..
even the food , the choice we had was good , fresh salads there was a choice of potatoes , mash boiled etc .. we tried the snack bar only once wouldn’t use it again .. but all in all we thought it was good
Family holiday in a dirty hotel
We stayed here with my wife and 3year old and let me tell you this is no family hotel. I had to escort the cleaner from out room as she just walked straight in and begun changing towels whilst our little girl was in the bath.
The hotel its self looks very run down with the air con leaking throughout the building.
The hotel states no group bookings yet we had 3 separate hen party's of 5+
The rooms are poorly maintained with, broken furniture and full of dust.
Our balcony door didn't lock and 8 moans later and 2nights it was finally fixed.
There is major road works directly outside the hotel expected to last untill July 2019.
The hotel has a major issue with guests staying in the tower block throwing cigarette buts and water down at guests sat in the outside area. When I challenged the hotel manager I was simply told "if you don't like it next time go to lanzarote"
There were many couples and family's there during my stay 11th-21st May 2019 that had already complained to their travel company and received money back and 1 family a full refund!
When coming out from the games area to the pool there are steep stairs leading down to the In door pool area. This is simply cordend off with a plastic chain (very child friendly)
The bed sheets wernt changed during our stay.
Please for the love of God do not bring your family to this hotel!
Enjoyed my stay here, rooms are good size, very clean hotel, variety of food and I’m fussy, entertainment wasn’t the best but plenty of other places close.
It’s a lovely hotel - rooms spotless, food reasonable, the spa is a must, it took me til my second stay to use it n now I wish I’d been in it everyday. The bar staff are wonderful and remember you ... the entertainment is poor but that’s pretty standard in Benidorm - so many bars have top class entertainment... just other side of the road n up the slope is the rock n roll bar for a good night
Recently stayed here hotel room was cleaned daily which was nice, food was rubbish for children (ate out daily) entertainment was late at night nothing for children during day barring one game 😕 pool had glass in my little one had lots of cuts on her reported to reception and he got a cleaner out to clean beside pool..
wasent packed with hens and stags when we went had a fair few family's there.
Had a pool side view which surpingsly was not noisy at night.

I also thought it was nice clean and staff was friendly. With the exception of one of the pool attendant lol. Food was a bit repetitive but was hot and satisfactory. Breakfast was lovely the best meal of the day. Lots of places to eat out if you wanted something different.
I would stay here again. Have a great time x

Stayed in June pool area very small , rooms were cleaned every day but reception didn't speak at all. When I asked about return transfers I was told your responsibility not mine! I was only asking if they had a list of pick up times. We usually stay at the Helios much nicer hotel.

We stayed over Xmas and New Year just past and had no problems whatsoever. Sun beds aren’t an issue at that time of the year so that wasn’t a problem. We found the food to be fine and the Xmas Gala dinner was great. The entertainment during the day was fine but night was poor. This wasn’t a problem as we weren’t planning on staying in the hotel anyway as so much to do on the door step.
Debbie Norman Hubbard - 14th July 2018
The food was shocking! I don’t mind Spanish but when’s there nothing to eat at all except chips or rice it’s gets desperate, glad they had a microwave the food was cold!! No lilos in pool! No balls! No food around pool area! No fun allowed in pool area! Watch out for the whistle. All staff miserable, rooms ok if you get superior but if your not keen on heights ask for lower room, take extra euros so you can eat out x

Currently staying in dynastic hotel stayed here some years ago lovely clean hotel but my god has it has it gone down hill full of stags and hens not that I have a problem with them thought it was a family hotel men running around where my kids are naked 😡 absolutely disgusting reported it to reception for the man to shrug his shoulders and say what do you want me to do won’t be staying here again !

Just came back from there last week and personally didn't enjoy it. Rooms nice enough but wasn't impressed with the food. Wish I had stayed in the Rosamar with other family members but had to try it.
Here now its nice but entertainment could do with a boost, were are all inclusive , but sign says you can upgrade for £8 a day, then you can drink your body weight in vodka 🤪
I came back a week ago. Lovely rooms and comfortable bed. I don't like a lot of fuss so this was great as we were able to come and go as we please. Breakfast was of a high standard. No ironing boards but that's my only niggle. Pool and spa are wonderful. I'd recommend the massage
Here just now & cant fault it...staff lovely, room lovely & clean, food been good so far..
Breakfast u can have full English or continental...lunch, salad bar soups quiche plenty cold meat chips curry, dinner always salad n fish...tonight was pork beef & chicken...snacks u can have toasties burgers hot dogs fries etc so defo plenty choice x
My room was really spacious and modern and clean, breakfast was good. Spa you need to pay after first session I think 9 euros and use swim cap and flip flops x and you need to pay for wifi
I’ve just had an amazing Xmas and New Year at the the Dynastic !!! We had the superior room and it was huge. Only had 6 rooms on our floor so was really quiet at night. Maybe worth asking for a room facing the pool as the rear rooms didn’t have any sun whilst we were there. All in all we will be returning.
Stayed there twice , would stay again , 10/15 min walk to the main nightlife but plenty of bars along the way , rooms nice , food average , entertainment poor but if you are not planning to stay in every-night it doesn't matter x
Stayed there in May this year or the first time
Been going to benidorm for 20 years
Went with a friend that had never been before
And I was ashamed I took her there
Hotel smelt of sewage
Only had breakfast the first day
We didn’t eat in restaurant again
Would never stay there again
But that’s my opinion
Lots more nicer hotels
Sorry to say but this ( in my opinion) is the worst hotel I've stayed in in Benidorm 😞 maybe just bad luck but everything in my room was broken, food less than average , some staff really nice others really rude . You may find it fantastic like other members on here & i hope you do , enjoy your hols x
Just home today from the hotel in my opinion it should not be a 4 star food average .and maids just flick through our room floors wasn't washed the whole week .and very rude bar man snatched money out of our hands .wont go back .
We stayed in the Dynastic last week and it was a lovely clean hotel, rooms were nice, food was good, staff were friendly and we had lovely views. However, we were very disappointed to learn you had to pay to use the indoor swimming pool. If you are all inclusive they say you get 1 free visit to the spa area and every other visit costs you €9 per day...once again however we were dissappointed to find the free visit isn't actually free as you have to buy their swimming hats and flip flops. I can understand being charged for treatments but not for using the indoor pool or gym....this is the first ever holiday we have been on where we were told we would be charged to use the indoor pool or gym and it wasn't stated/clearly stated in the pre-holiday info either...not that we could see. Overall though we had an amazing holiday in Benidorm and the weather was amazing.
Got back yesterday after spending 11 night's in the Dynastic hotel. Was a bit worried after reading some reviews but I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed. Hotel was spotless maids came to clean and leave fresh towels ect every day. Pool is a bit small but no trouble getting sun loungers, staff very helpful and pleasant, food a bit repetitive but it's the same in every all inclusive hotel. Ideal spot lots going on in Benidorm as always. I'm already looking to come back in September getting good prices too.
Dermot O'regan The room is ok but the cleaning lady makes as much noise as possible, the entertainment is Spanish by a man who is a woman, the food not too bad for a week any longer and u b sick of it. The bar good luck if you Spanish you are ok back to this one as we come 4/5 times a year. 6 out 10
Colin Hand When we arrived we were given our room key and left to find our room it's not the best hotel for navigating key card didn't work 3 times had to go down 30 mins later someone came up to sort it out. Hotel mostly Spanish less than 30 English people there. So all entertainment was in Spanish all week!
The bar is to small and getting served was a pain, the bar man more interested in talking to his mate the food is more aimed at the Spanish and the restaurant was crazy like a kids play ground when we complained they were not interested and a English lady on reception was so rude. Complained to Thompson and ended up sleeping there and eating and drinking in another hotel. I hope that is detailed enough xx. 1 out of 10.
Chris Haywood-Poole Went two years ago for Xmas. Rooms large, clean, food OK. Indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, very friendly staff, entertainment not so good but plenty to do and see nearby, near the beach and bars. 8/10
Stan Inblack Stayed at the Dynastic last January. 9 out 10. I mean, look at the pool jakuzi & gym area!
Barbara O'Regan I'm just leaving dynastic tonight, sorry needs in upgrade not four star, bed comfy but food really bad much more repetitive than most all inclusive same food nearly every meal, lots of peeling paint including spa sorry we would not recommend this hotel I won't return.
Jacky Took stayed there at Easter this year , enjoyed it , just hope your ok with heights , we were in the taller block on the 16th floor , took me a few days to look over the balcony , food was amazing so much choice , staff were lovely , hope you enjoy your stay xx
Tom Pendleton Came home on Monday after staying there last week.... room was great towels regularly changed etc.. the room cleaning service seemed to be in operation all day ... the food at official mealtimes was decent enough ..at other times it was basic , but edible and if you are a peckish person it done the job ...the all day bar service by the pool was good ( pity some a small minority of the clientele could spoil it at times ) ... the suntraps by the pool were pretty good loads of beds and seating with tables and chairs and even organised activities in the afternoon on occasions .... only one or two problems with the hotel ...these being ...the cardkeys for the rooms occasionally didn't work , but the reception normally sorted it immediately ...and as in other hotels the lifts could be a pain at times ...it is about a fifteen minute walk to the strip and a 5 minute taxi back ( always recommended .....enjoy ..I can tell you we did ..
Kath Deakin – We have stayed here for the past 2 years in half term week Oct. Lovely hotel with very pleasant staff. Food good & rooms excellent very spacious (family room for 4) The A/I was good value because if you were staying in a more central hotel you would pay the same for H/B. The day time entertainment okay the staff do there best, Night time entertainment (lovely staff) but mediocre, sometimes they forget to speak English
Would I return YES x
Alex Craig 17th January 2016
Food is actually quite good, something different each night, and they do themes i.e. it could be Italian one night Mexican the next things like that, the entertainment is good as well got a variety of shows on each night, and they have staff who entertain the kids, with games and things like that. I really liked it my family liked it and when we went with friends and stayed there they liked it and they were quite fussy at first.
Linda Metcalfe – My friend stayed last year and raved about it, they had a fantastic room facing towards the sea, very high up, on a corner, it felt like New York City at night when we called for them, they loved the food, said mainly British food, they had a double balcony, with sun most of the day, if you get one on the other side facing away from sea, they get no sun at all. You won’t be disappointed I don’t think, great location.
Queenie Boulton – Stayed last year for new year
Staff helpful and nice
Rooms clean we did upgrade the room , as had better beds
Didn’t use the indoor pool as had to wear swimming caps ?
For me it was very Spanish BUT we loved that
Would use hotel again.
Rosalind Thomas – You will get lots if Stag and Hens certain times as you do in lots of resorts thats the way it is… ..we met some lovely people at Xmas time at Dynastic and have met up with them since. ….we had fantastic themed nights at Dynastic i,e. Chinese, Mexican Italian etc., all served with their cocktails in the restaurant and if course there was still lots of traditional food choices besides the themed evenings……Flamingo Oasis is a great hotel in fact lots of good hotels in Benidorm really surprised to hear negative comments on Dynastic. …one mans meat another mans poison i guess
Kath Hodgkins – Stayed a number of times . Food ok. Good entertainment . Rooms good. Spa was ok. Oh i did have 1 complaint. I took my grand daughter to the spa but she was not allowed in as was only 12 . This was not stated when booking.
Sam Sanders – It’s a really nice hotel, 2nd year in a row that I have been here, food is lovely, spa is amazing as well… good sun trap until around 15.00 then you loose the sun by the outside pool, however, there is some lovely bars nearby or a very short walk to the beach, staff are very friendly. Memory foam mattresses in the rooms as well which is always a bonus x
Sandra Flynn Hutchinson – ya i stayed there with the hubby for a week in may last year nice hotel entertainment wasn’t great but it depends on your age group i just found it very boring then again were town mad its very central food was nice too loads of choice we went all inclusive.
Glenn Montgomery – Won’t go back to be honest. Stayed last August. Rooms dated, food wasn’t great. Entertainment is crap and staff catered more for the Spanish
Got all inclusive in a superior room cheaper than half board in the Venus. After 2 days we regretted not booking the Venus. Rooms are big is about the only good thing about it, staff worked off their feet. Ignorant guests and dash for sunbed has to be seen. Never will we set foot in there again.
Marie Osborne – Stayed there for a few days in February and loved it. Hotel is very nice, clean, great rooms and very central. We loved it so much we have already booked for 7 nights next April Enjoy.
Linda Fryer – I stay at the dynastic every November. Food and drinks great.
Downfall is lifts at times are slow and entertainment isn’t good at all imho. But its close to everything. X
