Can’t go wrong staff and rooms are lovely the meals are nice if you go half board etc but they are loads of cheap cheerful places too eat nearby, I’m thinking of staying again next year.

Lovely hotel close to everything at a leisurely walk . I have to agree about the food as not great in my opinion but who cares I eat out anyway. Spotless hotel beautiful staff and they give you free beer tokens when you check in and I’m serious lol I stayed in the Presidente a yr before in yet we all preferred the joya

Food not great in my opinion. But it is only 2 star so I'm judging it on that .Nice friendly staff and hotel though. Not too far from old and new town as long as you are ok walking. Enjoy.

Fantastic hotel ideal location for a short stroll to the beach ..the hotel itself is on a quiet spot at night ..great pool and the bar cafeteria area is spot on ..staff and friendly and can't do enough to help you out ..rooms cleaned everyday fresh towels..this is why I Will be bk this September..👍
We stayed for 2 nights on New Years eve 2017. We stayed room only. We got 2 vouchers for 2 beers for the price of 1. It was in a quiet location which suited us and was only 10 - 15 minute walk to Old Town. We would return for future visits to Benidorm.
Nuála Lynch - Stayed here at the end of March 2017. I found it clean but beds a bit uncomfortable. Food was great, plenty to choose from. Desk staff very helpful and friendly. Have no idea what it's like in peak times.
Vicki Nicholls - 28th April 2018 stayed there last week its a lovely hotel very clean bar staff Josie is the best 😂 going bk in April xx
Well the Joya was clean. The cleaner came in everyday to wipe around, mop floors, empty bin and change towels.
We had a room overlooking the pool which we requested. The sun was over that area all day. There was a shower over the bath and a little hairdryer on the wall.
The pool was nice & had a jacuzzi and a little childrens splash pool.
The staff were pleasant with us.
There was a laundry area, some computers,a small garden area,a bar and snack area and also vending machines. Also a pool table.
We didn't eat there as we prefer to eat out so can't comment on the food.
A problem we found was the walls are very thin and you can hear every sound. You can also hear motorbikes and scooters on the main road during the night.
Its about 5/10 minute walk to the Old town and the beach. There are 2 supermarkets & a Mcdonalds a few minutes away.
You can get the buses from just outside if you want to.
There were a lot more Spanish people staying there, compared to British but it is in Spain after all.
David Dolan - It's a decent clean hotel, good pool area, terrace and bar, 15 minute walk to the square taxi back 6-7 Euro. Would stay again no problem.
Nancy de Beer - Its in a no tourist zone on the outskirts. they are great rooms but no entertainment and 15 min walk from the strip. Food terrible.
Bus stop in front of the hotel and taxi 5 euro to and from strip. Just for sleep its fantastic. Very good price. Nice pool.
The Hotel Joya has an ideal location, near the main leisure areas and beaches of Benidorm.
The hotel's buffet restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This modest hotel is located in the tourist centre, some 800 m from the beach. The city centre is 500 m away, where you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and clubs.
