Paraiso 10 by Carole Gresswell, 23 August 2019 We stayed here a couple of weeks ago. We had the 1 bed apartment and had to pay for air con. Balcony really good size. Pool is quite warm but there are no parasols so we tended to go in the pool about 7 in the evening before it closed at 8. Would stay there again. Only thing to point out is that we booked a couple of trips and they picked up at the Aplha apartments but the drop off was a good 5 minute walk away, something to do with the one way system.

Worth the money we paid by Jen Deveney, 17 February 2019 Location was great, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, it looks like they update as they go.. ie cushions and walls were fresh yet. Floors corners ect were old, looked dirty but wernt bad, be nice if they did apartment at a time but they obviously do repairs.. kitchen was small fridge was dated not much work space but equipped basically, and all clean, good size, couldn’t comment on pool but exit didn’t look pretty, but didn’t see much, the lifts I thought I may die in, very scary, I did the downwards12 floors by stairs, the rooms were nice enough and it was extremely cheap so well worth the money we paid, I’d stay again I think when the lifts are in good repair m, luckily I knew about the €50 per person deposit, safe was €2 a night, wasn’t impressed by 5pm check in at all far to late

Renewal and Replacement of lifts Jan 2019 by Jill Shail, 23 October 2018 We would like to inform all our guests:
Starting in January we have been advised that it will be necessary to carry out the renewal and replacement of the lifts in the Paraiso 10 apartment building.
2 lifts will be fully renovated from January to March 2019 approximately, starting on the 2nd January with the second phase possibly planned for same dates in 2020, though 2nd phase has not been confirmed at this stage until we see the implications of the first phase.
This work will involve changing all the doors and replacing the interior lift shaft.
Work is expected to take place approximately between 08.30 - 18.00 hours and the lift company aim to cause the least disruption possible, though some noise will take place mainly at the beginning. The work is expected to take approximately 3 month as there are 26 floors.
There will still be two remaining lifts available for guests to use during that time.
When we have further information we will keep you updated.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused , however the work is necessary for the future and for the best interests of all of our guests.

Quite well situated handy to everything. They share a pool with next door vistamar but it’s spotless and well looked after.

We have stayed in these often. There is a difference according to who you book with. Look for "Marvel" on the booking this is direct with the apartments. otherwise, it will be through Gestul tours where you pick up the keys elsewhere and the spec is not the same. ie Marvel includes air conditioning and English tv.
There is no oven just a microwave.
They are in a good location but at night use the main road to walk up to it and not the gravel track.

Cheryl Crane by Admin, 27 January 2018 We have been staying there off and on for the last 17 years and never had any problems. The staff are very helpful. You get towel/bed change/cleaned once or twice depending how long you are staying. The pool is shared with the vista mar apartments next door. The pool opens at 10am and you pay €1.50 per sun bed pp. there’s a nice bar round the corner called Titanic and a shop you can get everything in. It’s not too far from the square or bars x

KKim MMacisaac by Admin, 27 January 2018 I have stayed here about 4-5 times and booked for July now we only use it for sleeping and washing and the apartments ha e always been clean .. the pool isn’t huge or to small it’s a fairly decent size and we love it.. need to go down some stairs to get to the bar for drink as there’s not one at the actual pool but there is a Great British shop 10 seconds from its front door if you wish to grab beers and snacks from there but the bar does sell pizzas and toasties and stuff through the day as well as cold drinks and ice cream etc .. the only thing we hate is one particular receptionist as she’s very rude but the rest are lovely ... it’s just at the top of the main strip and you look at Tommy’s bar from your balcony which is the next street x

Julie Molloy by Admin, 27 January 2018 We enjoyed it staff very helpful phoning taxis etc , food in bar lovely you share pool with Vistamar next door and pay 1.50 euro for a sunbed. If you are ladies I would book a taxi home from the strip about 4 euros and safer but definitely would stay there again x

Review by Jackie Hegarty by Admin, 8 October 2017 We stayed in them in June and going back for new year they are clean spacious well equipped apartments 5 mins walk from the strip you do have to pay for extras like WiFi. Air con loan if an hair dryer and iron and if staying summer months it's €1_50 per sunbed a day. You also have to ask for bath plugs if you want to use the bath they don't keep them in the apartment also keep to main street on the way home don't go down the dirt track

Members reviews by Admin, 16 July 2017 Hazel - I've stayed there ..very good Appts big rooms ,English telly air con, some of the higher ones have enclosed balcony , also no pool you share with the Vistamar appt next door, u also pay for sun beds too, not much one or 2 euros,,your balcony looks on to Outdoor market , very near all the nightlife about a 5 min walk away takes you to Marina hotel , Good place for breakfast round the corner ..Titanic bar...Wooky Hollow is just min away too.

Jackie Tobin - We stayed in these apartments a few years ago with our son who was 12 at the time, before we booked we did check out a lot of different reviews on holiday sites and found some negative things about these apartments bu reading more found that for every 1 or 2 negatives there were so many more positives , so we booked and was glad we did.

The apartments are lovely and big and also were clean, I think this block is about 25 floors high so we asked for a lower floor which we got, they have a little restaurant/cafe attached to it downstairs and from what I remember the food was lovely, The pool was reasonable size and has a children's less deeper area attached to it, The Vistamar Appartments next door share the pool , when we were there you had to pay for your Sun lounger. 1.50 Euro don't know if you still do, there a dirt track that runs along the side of the hotels going down to the main bars and shops and also leads you to the open markets but not good to walk down it a night although some people do , just go to the other side towards The Vistamer and use that road to reach everything, that's what we did, although the dirt road is fine in the day lots of people about, you are near all the bars and shops and round the corner is The Titanic Bar , lovely place for food and drinks ,they do a great breakfasts, there can be stag and hen party's around, but in all these apartments I would stay there again but we settled on Buenavista Appartments now further up near Hotel Levante and they are very similar to Paraiso 10.

Sandra Waring - Fantastic apartments very central don't forget they charge 50 euros per person deposit on arrival in cash you get it back on checkout if no damage.

Sue Cook - We went through Jet2 and had to go to another hotel to get keys as it is classed as private booking, had to hand in safe keys night before we went home to get deposit back so had to carry everything we had with us on last night. Hotel nice but have to walk through car park to get to pool, although pool area looked after there is no bar service out there, we bought stuff at local shop but nice to be able to get served by the pool sometimes.

Cheryl Crane - We've been staying there for last 13 years and find them brilliant. We always book direct with them as it's cheaper. Walk to pool is over a car park but not that far.

Doreen Beattie - Stayed here a few times they are great apartments two bedroom ones don't have a balcony they have an enclosed one but one bedroom apartment have would recommend them.

Lesley Watson - Stayed there 3 times big spacious apartment s friendly staff short walk to the strip.

Pamela Ritchie - Stayed there loads of times good size apartments clean close to everything good size pool staff very helpful also.

Jayne Newman - Basic large clean apartments - 50 euros per person deposit - 5 euros per night for air conditioning - you also have to pay for sun beds around the pool 1.60 I think ... The good part of that is you can always get a bed.

Tom Turnbull - stayed there last year, great view from apartment, room was clean and comfortable. get first hand on air con though ours didn't work, and you have to pay at reception, we got two rotary big room fans, was a god send in the end 3 ero's a day each, so enquire straight away, recommend this ok.!!

and supermarket right on the door as well and was pretty good for groceries drinks, etc pop beer, and for produce to make nice salad meat sandwiches, , lettuce ham . white sweet onion, etc, , good on prices, and other things.

David Parker - Lovely apartments stsyed here a few times very close to everything but far enough away for a good sleep.. Would only say get a taxi home if your elderly as its a bit of an incline.. Been using this part of benidorm for last 20 yrs its as safe as all the rest just keep to main roads not dirt path.. Have a great holiday.

Cheryl Crane- We have been staying in paraiso 10 every year for the last 15 years they are good clean apartments with everything you need. Far enough away from the noise of the nightlife but close enough to walk. Would highly recommend these apartments x

We usually go in May and don't use the air con. The staff are friendly and helpful too. You have to pay €1. 50 per sun bed, per person, per day but that's cheaper than on the beach. The Titanic bar just round the corner is good for food. I would recommend Sinatras too for entertainment.

Pauline Mckay - Stayed here few yrs ago app ok walking distance 2 square very central but wouldn't go back as I felt it was like a prison Sad bars on the Windows & when we arrived at check in they said make sure u double lock the door Sad u also had 2 walk through a car park 2 get 2 the pool not 4 me app were clean & very spacious tho.

Alex Lodge - Used to stay here many years ago. Loved it. The titanic bar round the corner used to be brilliant. It's expanded a lot since I last stayed there. Good location. Near enough to the main busy areas but far enough away to not be bothered by noise,

John McCormick
Stayed at Parisio 10 Apartments 3 weeks ago and LOVED it there. This is our new "go to" place as of now. We'll be back Benners, that's a certainty
Stayed at the Grand Bali last year, as nice as it is, it's too far to the nightlife.
Love Benidorm.

Lisa Jane Price Thomas - I would definitely recommend Paraiso 10 apartments, very cheap, spotlessly clean and well situated. I've stayed in loads of apartments in Benidorm but these were faultless for the price.
