We are here at the moment, and it is a lovely hotel, comfy beds, clean comfortable rooms, good food. Unfortunately let down by the fact that the air con isn't available until June. This has resulted in us not getting much rest as it is extremely stuffy in rooms at night. Hope this helps. Yes it is on slight incline but my mum and dad managed fine
Stayed here Xmas 2017 lovely hotel a lot of Spanish choice at evening meals, if you want English bacon for breakfast ask the chef he cooks it to order along with the eggs. a few of the staff are surly and not very pleasant but the lady on reception was brilliant.
Harry Inglis Can’t fault it great Hotel great location I stay there 4/5 times every year a big 10/10 from me.
Jackie Dunbar Stayed there a few years ago was very nice then x
John Dean stayed there may last year very good, looked after me not so keen on the location for me ( i prefer orange ) but would recommend as you would expect from a Servi group 9/10
Deborah Carlisle staff lovely , short walk down hill to beach , wifi , satellite TV , tea/coffee kettle etc , when booking to travel alone you are given a single room with double bed . Lovely food. 10/10
John Dean I couldn’t have put it better I never had tea/coffee, kettle I take my own.
The Rialto is a little gem. A bit further from the main strip as it's located in the Rincon area but we loved it. It's the most peaceful hotel we have ever stayed in. All areas of the hotel are spotless, staff are really lovely and food is of excellent quality. There is a bit of a hill to walk up but this wasn't a problem for us. However, it isn't ideal for wheelchair users as it would be difficult for anyone pushing one. We would certainly stay here again.
Just been back April twice to the Rialto it is still one of my fav hotels asked for high room over pool first time 2nd April got it and returned again 2 weeks after and got the same room!! Great hotel friendly staff good choice of food nice pool area never seen it very busy when I have been rooms are good fridge television with some English channels hair dryer up a slight hill very quiet hotel they have zero tolerance for any bad behavior never seen any of that will be back next year.
Having been to many a Hotel and Apartment in Benidorm , I finally decided a good few years ago the Rialto was the place for me .
In a quiet street , but a minute away from Calle Londres , that has some of the best British and Spanish bars and Restaurants in Benidorm , you also have the White Horse night club a 2 minute walk away , and the hotel is around 4 or 5 minutes to the Indoor Market ( and start of the main strip in Beni ) and the same time to the Beach .
The Hotel is lovely , rooms (Single and Double ) all have Free TV ( English channels +Sky Sports ) , A free Fridge , Balcony , free WIFI , even a slipmat for the bath/shower .
The food is lovely and plentiful , and the Breakfasts are absolutely amazing , if not a wee bit repetitive if staying 2 weeks or more , you have Aircon for the summer and heating for the winter months .
The pool isn't the best , as it can be in the shade a lot , especially till late afternoons ,but its well kept and clean , also plenty of sunbeds .
The entertainment is very poor , but hey ho , yer in Benidorm , plenty of entertainment in easy reach .
The Hotel is on a slight incline , so maybe not for the less mobile , but its not too bad .
All the Staff , many i count as friends over the years are fantastic , its also a very safe hotel , with cameras along every floor ( all 7 of them ) , not a Hotel for Stag and Hens .
All in all , my favorite Hotel in Benidorm , already booked up twice so far for next year .
Book it up , you wont regret it , that i promise you .
Brilliant hotel, very clean, food is excellent. Staff are a credit to the hotel. Excellent location away from all the noise. Zero tolerance on behaviour so you feel very safe! Pool with plenty of sunbeds. Hill with an incline to reach hotel so maybe a problem for clients with mobility issues. Would highly recommend!
Good hotel, mini fridge in room, free wifi all over hotel. Flat screen TV on wall with a few English channels. Pool area doesn't open until 9 so no queuing for sunbeds. Nice food and friendly staff.
As a single traveler I booked this hotel after learning how good it was from fellow member Brian Lawrie, who stays there regular.I wasn't disappointed, small but perfectly formed hotel.Friendly staff and Lovely restaurant,I found the food very good, plenty of choice, and always hot.Loved the head waiter, say no more lol...pool was nice and sunny when we where there so no complaints.Near to the beach but yes,it is up a hill but I loved the exercise lol..Marks out of 10..defo a 10,would stay there again anytime.
Great Hotel!! Small, staff very friendly. Clean, very clean!! Rooms are a decent size for a couple, nice big bathroom but you can hear noises from the next door room as the vents are connected through the bathrooms so keep the door shut!! Don't leave crisps on the balcony, the seagulls will eat them ?? #heartbroken lol. Now my only complaint.....the food is in generally fab however....watch the grill, we were served raw chicken one night, as were many other customers, the restaurant manager was no help!! Just be careful of the grill at night!! The bacon in the morning is fab
Recently returned from the Rialto and had a fabulous stay, Stayed on front fab view looking down to the beach....No kettle or iron in rooms as we had already asked a friend so took our own Smile They do have hair dryers so one item less to pack....Would definitively stay again as we found it very chilled and fab for families ...It is up a slight hill depending on the route you go but my Father managed fine and loved every minute of Benidorm...Food was plenty and something for everyone to eat even our 9yr old Daughter who is very fussy
