Wont be going back by Ladylinda Gx, 8 October 2019 We stayed 3 years ago and it was great, so we went back in August this year and it was horrible we were charged €20 for late fee which wasn't right as it was an evening flight we had, not our fault, we had to phone new trebol for the keys as there was no one on reception, we sat down stairs in the cafe waiting then we were asked for €200 for the deposit, which was a carry on, we never got our apartment cleaned nor clean towels for the whole week, just as well I always take towels with us, we will never go back there again, we seen security once the whole week we were there.

Review by Jane Alison Travers by Jill Shail, 15 March 2018 I've stayed there. You get what you pay for. I'd stay there again. It's clean but basic. I just see it as a base, you'll be out all the time.

Great near central but you will never get to sleep seriously very noisy since bar across the road goes on till around 6am 🙉🙉😡 been numerous times but I’m afraid I’ll not be back, they are ok & basic.

I’ve stayed here many times and I’ll be absolutely honest with you, the location is spot on, I’ve mainly been here and stayed with my mates so for a lads break it’s spot on.
The pool area is a bit small and the pool in all honesty is pretty poor, the pool is small and freezing! the area doesn’t get loads of sun due to high rised buildings around it, but you can shift your sun loungers to get in the sun.
The reception is 24 hours and are pretty nice, the rooms are mega basic, decor is bland but when ever I’ve been it’s only been somewhere to sleep so it’s made no difference to me.
There’s a kitchen with a fridge and a cooker for if you want to make some food etc.. the rooms are quite spacious and quite cool I thought. No air conditioning but you can buy a cheap fan from a shop for 12€, be well worth it if you get warm easily.
There’s no bar or anything in the building it’s basically just high rise apartments with nothing to do but if it’s just somewhere to lay your head it’s ideal. The noise from down below can get a bit loud but it is bang center of the night life so it’s to be expected. I just took some ear plugs because you can hear bottle bins getting emptied around 6am.
There is a cafe outside the front gate which is cheap enough for some breakfast 👍🏼 also they usually ask for a 50€ deposit per person on arrival which you get back when you leave. All in all it’s a decent place to stay, when I’ve booked before it’s been really cheap! One time we payed 15€ a night each!!

Got back home after 10 nights, .had a great time as usual. stayed at Trebol for the first time.loved it. 24hr reception.nice big kitchen etc.no air-con but just left windows open. Read some reviews about it being very noisy but i don´t think it was. yeah you heard music from bars etc. but it is a holiday resort.

Lindsay Chapman - 30th Dec 2017
You get what you pay for , basic , got to empty your own bins provide own loo roll when it runs out etc had to get a lighter to light hob , saying that would stay again as it was good enough and clean if not jaded,if it was an availability or a money option . but please make sure you report ANY damage on arrival and they will note it . Apparently we should have done that although they check your apartment before they refund your 150 Euro deposit but they tried to make me pay for damage to a wardrobe that was obviously old and not done by us he said I should have reported it and staff are all very stern I was made to feel like a criminal left thinking would never return but probably would lol!!!!

Review by Leonne Guthrie by Admin, 30 December 2017 Stayed here many times but the last time was enough with the new bar that opened it goes on & on loud music 12 o'clock midday right through to midday constant. Never slept as the music was really loud. With no air conditioning in the flats or double glazing not good especially in summer months. But I did enjoy them they are so central. I'd only go back if they put double glazing & air conditioning.

Reviews taken from our forum by Admin, 13 July 2017 The complex was built in 1985, has fifteen floors with a total of 60 apartments. They have an excellent situation, in a tourist area called Rincon de Loix. The apartments are located just 5 minutes’ walk from the Levante beach and 20 minutes from the old town Nearby you can find, sports facilities, cinemas where films are in Spanish and in original version. Visit one of the most typical markets of Benidorm with all kinds of products and sports and water activities on the beach as cable-skiing. Thanks to its privileged location, in a quiet and sunny location although in the adjoining streets you can enjoy entertainment, both day and night. In the area, there are bars and restaurants, nightclubs, casino and nightclubs.

russellwhalley - Stayed here end of August found accommodation a bit dated but very clean didn't sleep very well as no air conditioning also noisy due to keeping the window s open due to being very hot, brilliant location though probably more suitable for hen and stag doos .

Anthony Kennedy - Stayed here for a week in Jan 2016 and was pleased with how nice the apartment was, central to everything but the only negative was wifi only available in reception, other than that absolutely fine and well priced.

Una Hallissey - Have stay 3 times now, great location, clean and 24hr reception, very helpful staff. Can not fault it ?

Tracy Shinton - Stayed there Sept , great location , supermarket just outside , rooms big & balcony is huge , it was clean , bit noisy but if you drink enough you wont hear anything , would definitely stay there again.

Suzanne Pearce - Great bit dated but Clean and Tidy Defiantly stay there again...£120 for myself and Husband Deposit for Breakages but u get that back when u check out.

Aynsley Jordan - Right in the middle of everything, we had to pay €100 deposit for each room. Would 100% stay there again. Pool is a bit rubbish mind never gets sun on there, but 2 minuets from the beach.

Lucy Benson - We thought they where fab, arrived back 14th April. Rooms spotless, big balcony's, shower hot and powerful, there was underfloor heating which was amazing! It was a lil chilly at night. Couldn't fault the place defo would go back. Deposit is 150.

Debbie Spencer- . Stayed for 5 nights in April. Rooms are very basic but clean. 24 hour reception. Perfect location. Underfloor heating. £150 euro deposit but you get that back. Well worth a stay.

Wilma Gove - I've stayed there about 6 times and going back in June basic but clean 24 hour reception friendly staff and the cafe next to it is fab rite in the middle of the strip.
