Benidorm Seriously® do not sell products of our own and are merely commission agents assisting members with the purchase of Products and Services from other companies throughout the area.  As such we are governed by the refund policies of the companies concerned and we pass these same rights to our customers.  For details of these refund policies please refer direct to the companies website or contact us and we will be happy to provide contact details of the companies concerned for clarification

Refunds are not available for downloaded products.  If the goods are defective in any way they will be replaced.
