Just back from the Victoria, I can highly recommend this hotel, excellent food, spotlessly clean and in an excellent position. Pool is small but beautiful. Plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We stayed AI only negative you don’t get branded drinks unless you pay extra for a gold band which we thought unfair but wouldn’t stop us returning.

Was there end April/early May. Would definitely return. Hotel is Clean, modern. Staff excellent. Food is a personal choice, but I was more than happy. Pool is a little smaller than picture suggests but hey, there's 3 miles of beach 5 minutes' walk away. Ideally located on the border of old and New Town...

We Stay at the Victoria 4 times a year including Xmas...we upgrade to Gold on the all inclusive...the food is good, you can also use the hotel opposite (Royal) for the drinks and bar snacks package.

The Victoria is a fab hotel in a fab location . Only reason I wouldn't go back is because the pool is small and is against a large wall and felt hemmed in. However if you're not bothered about a pool go for it

All the RH are great. Spotless and the food is good. The Victoria shares entertainment with The Royal, and advertises both venues in the lobby

Been going to Benidorm for over 20 years. .tried them all ..this is the best ..just returned. ..won't stay in any other hotel enjoy

Went in July for a week,and have just booked a 10 day stay in October. Food is excellent,staff are brilliant,nothing is too much trouble for them. Emailed the hotel 2 weeks prior to arrival requesting a low floor,due to suffering from vertigo,and they had sorted our request.Great location on the edge of both old/new town. Rooms are spacious and clean,cleaners are excellent. Free safe,tea & coffee making facilities topped up daily.

Just on the edge of New town..very handy for Old Town too, big rooms lovely view of the sea from higher up rooms , free fridge , kettle in room too with teabags & coffee replace every day ,milk too, food is very good . Pool area just been done up, good free wifi in all areas including bedrooms ..English telly ,

Free safe.kettle tea/coffee /milk.free wifi food very good plenty of choice .staff brilliant nothing too much trouble location 5 mins from old town and 10 mins from new .we will be staying there again loved it

We have just spent a week at this lovely hotel. It’s is perfectly situated between both the old town, the strip and the beach. The hotel itself is spotless, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The food was lovely, great selection and staff helpful. Nice pool and always able to get a sun lounger , none of this getting down early business. Also has a lovely jacuzzi which is pleasant. Cannot comment on hotel entertainment as we went out every night . Would definitely stay again!!
