The Don Pancho is more expensive and is it worth the extra cash? you bet it is, its a no children hotel or not suitable for children, once you are inside its quiet and the furniture is extremely comfortable and relaxing, when we were there the food was the best we have eaten in a Benidorm hotel it was consistently good for the whole of our stay, our room was very good and spotlessly clean, we got on really good with our room maid, as I said it was worth every penny that we paid we had a great holiday, the entertainment was very good too we had seen most of the acts before but when you have been to Benidorm before that happens, so we are going back to the Don Pancho again regardless of the cost.

Just returned from 6 days at the Don Pancho and it was out of this world! The rooms, decor, food and staff are first class. I’ve booked another stay for next Spring already as it gets booked up so fast !

Lovely hotel lovely views spotless superior room very large and airy.

Disappointed on check out day firstly not to be offered continental breakfast or at least tea / coffee, this hotel is far from budget so come on a bit of foresight for premium price paying guests. After sitting in reception for 30 minutes waiting for the bus we needed some air. On trying to get back in the door for our cases they were locked and a very surly receptionist told me to use our keys, what keys we had checked out? Not a good end but got to say all the other staff were lovely. Would we stay again? Yes for location and comfort but the early check outs need consideration. It was 07:20 and restaurant opens at 08:00

fab hotel, only downside is the lifts at mealtimes, mostly anyway, there are 5, but we got back last week after a 2 week holiday and one was out of order all of our visit, the other 4 only take 4 people a time really so as you can imagine they are very busy and slow. Evening entertainment not bad, and food … we had nothing to complain about… enjoy

We've been lucky to stay here a few times and have stayed in normal and superior. The Superior rooms are a bit wider, you get water, bath robe, slippers and a welcome gift. Superior rooms are on all floors as I wont get in a lift 🙈 so we;ve always stayed on low floors, all rooms have a balcony, face the sea, obvs the higher the better for the view and all have a kettle, tea, coffee and a fridge. Fab hotel x

The Superior rooms are the middle two rooms on every floor. If you are standing at the front of the hotel and look up you will see the middle two rooms have 3 doors to the balcony where the other rooms have 2. Hence, the rooms are wider as are the balconies. We had a superior room on floor 4 opposite the lift.
