Hotel is lovely, entertainment in the evenings catered more for older Spanish guests, some nice bars around Gran Bali. The food was great , something for everybody's taste, no complaints.

I found the walk to Benidorm although lovely was too much for me. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, bus into Benidorm was cheap enough. I personally wouldn't stay again only because its too far out.

Lovely clean welcoming hotel - food ok - have had worse in Benidorm hotels - a bit out of it, but its a nice walk along front to old town - bus stop outside - short walk to the beach with bars etc

I have seen quite a lot of Negative comments about the Grand Bali Hotel. We are on our 4th night here and what an amazing Hotel. The staff are brilliant, the food is amazing and the standard of the rooms are really good. Plus it’s 20 minutes walk to the old Town but a good route through the beaches. We only paid B&B with 23kg and transfer for 7 nights £310 each so a bargain for this standard Hotel. I thought I would write this because I am finding it hard to believe the negative comments.

Stayed there last week, the food was not great, the room was nice but had a very narrow balcony, although we asked for a low floor we ended up on the 25th, we didn't find many bars around and ended up going to old town & beyond.

After reading some reviews I thought what have I done, but its been fantastic, the room, the maids, the food and service is great, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, you can always get the bus to where ever you want to go €1-60.

It’s a really lovely hotel! But the food is average. Some great places to eat in and around, and easy enough to get into Benidorm on the bus.

I was there three times last year and loved every minute. I miss hearing the soundtrack they play when sitting outside with my All Inclusive san Miguel.
The pizza ovens make great pizzas.
Rooms are all twin beds. Sea views are lovely.

It's a lovely hotel but some people think its in central Benidorm and are a tad disappointed when they arrive.
The distance from the hustle and bustle can lead to a less than brilliant time, especially when they won't admit its their own fault for not researching the hotel before they book.

Had the most amazing stay at the Gran Bali. The hotel was amazing and the views were absolutely amazing

I would definitely go back, quieter side of Benidorm but there was was transport outside hotel into the main part and taxis weren't that expensive, there was a bar opposite had footy and karaoke on with very friendly staff

Stayed there at Christmas and 4 or 5 times previously. It all depends what you want from a holiday in Benidorm. The walk from the hotel to town via Poniente Beach is good, and then through to Levante Beach. The hotel is decent, but the food very average. There's a bus stop outside that'll get you to town for 1.60 euro. Taxi back is about 12 euro. Its the cheapest deal for a reason....its 4.5km from town. Personally, the cost saving made it more affordable. But as I said before, it all depends what you want from your holiday.

It's in the old town and a bus ride away the bus stops Infront of the hotel.

We walked everyday into Benidorm its not a million miles away but up at la cala you've a little beach with lots of bars surrounding it..don't let folk put u off saying its miles away..15 mins bus ride if you don't want to walk ..the hotel was clean and nice when we stayed there.. food wasn't fabulous it was just ok but you've plenty of places to eat round there. We liked la cala but prefer old town which is a great walk all the way down there n plenty of bars n restaurants to stop off n rest if you need to.

A nice hotel. Food is good, fantastic views one large swimming pool and two smaller ones for kids all depends on your personal circumstances. It is a long way out from Benidorm strip old town is about 30 minutes walk as above in the other comments Get Taxi’s or bus outside the hotel. There is a beach nearby 10 minute walk of a steep hill coming back, but the hotel was also a reasonable price depends on what you want.

I've stayed there. I had no complaints at all. Its about 30 mins walk into Benidorm but only 5 mins into la cala. La cala is a lovely place with a bay, a mercadona and lovely bars and restaurants. The pool area is lovely and its spotlessly clean.

1.60euros on the bus 12 to 16 euros taxi to Benidorm. Cracking hotel. 45 minutes walk along the seafront walking. I would recommend it

I stayed at Gran Hotel Bali this week. It's been my first time to Benidorm. I have had a lovely time. Yes, it's a little bit far out but hotel is lovely great views x food is lovely and staff are polite. Price, I paid for all-inclusive I can't argue with.

This hotel is in La Cala not Benidorm which catches many people out especially if you want to be in the midst of things. I have stayed there found the hotel nice, food poor. It is 30 minutes' walk to the start of the old town. There is a bus outside.

One of the best holidays I've had. Would definitely look to come back soon with more friends and family, 100% recommended the Gran Bali to stay in, clean standards and helpful staff all round. Only negative is if you’re looking to club, the distance from the Benidorm Strip is a quite a way, nonetheless still a fantastic hotel.
