We’re just back from hotel colon in the old town absolutely fabulous location, so peaceful, lovely rooms friendly staff could not fault it. ,it was brilliant for us because we went to the beach (no pool) right outside hotel, we went out at night so everything was on our doorstep.

Stayed in the old town in a hotel called colon would highly recommend it right by the dove park staff were really friendly and the breakfast was excellent for 6 euros.

Colon is the Spanish surname of Christopher Columbus so therefore translates to the Columbus hotel if that makes the squeamish feel any better.
