It's lovely, but not good for people with mobility problems, as its on the road to the Cross. My cousin and I stayed at the Horizon apartments, which are associated with the hotel. Great if you want a quiet holiday.

onyandlisa Singleton Stayed at Palm Beach last August and going again July. Great hotel basic rooms but clean. Great food

Geordie Jock stayed here before it was all inclusive, nice hotel lots of Spanish not a great location although they do have free bus which is good takes you to McDonalds at levante beach. Food was great. No complaints. 8/10

Nicola Holt Newton Stayed here three years ago and had no complaints at all. Rooms clean but basic although there was a fridge. The meals were lovely and the staff in the restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. Only problem I found was it was a bit out of the way but we made use of the free hotel bus during the day and used taxis back at night. Location only problem therefore 8/10.

Stayed here with my husband, and in the sister apartments Don Jorge with our children. Cannot fault anything, kids loved it there and keep asking when we are going back. We never found the hill a problem......keeps you fit

Gordon Campbell - I like the hotel. The entrance is lovely & vert clean. The whole place is well looked after. The rooms are a decent size...not overly big but not tiny either. The pool is a good size & the area surrounding it is good too. It's on quite a steep hill so it's much easier walking down it than walking back up it but you just ask as reception for some passes & the taxi will take you down to the main drag & bring you back up again....i think you'll enjoy your stay here.

Beverley Murphy Swindells - Stayed here h/b last year, me, husband and 7 year old, room had fridge and TV but no kettle.

Bathroom big but toilet was partly blocked by sink surround, quite dangerous for the child. Our room was above night club but didn't hear much noise from it. Food was good, as a fussy eater I managed all meals if you have lunch instead of diner you have to pay for drinks with meal.

Although hotel is up the hill we used the free mini bus during the day and taxis at night.

Entertainment was ok but finished early so hardly spent much time in hotel at night.

Pool was quite big but cold in morning due to being shaded until afternoon, lifeguard on all day.

Service was good both reception and dining.

Hotel has safes that require 2 keys, 1 you keep and 1 you get from reception, all safes are in a locked room.

Lifts were a nightmare only 2 and very slow.

Lisa Pears - Stayed here for a week in April. Would not stay again, food was terrible and rooms were very dated and some areas of the hotel were not very clean. We were all inclusive and we ended up spending extra as we had to eat out most of the time, breakfasts were OK. All inclusive drinks were served in plastic cups, while paying guests got their drinks in a glass, cocktails came out of a machine!! Hotel is very Spanish orientated and night entertainment was aimed at the Spanish guests rather than the English, did not stay to watch for very long. Situated at the top of a hill so not suitable for disabled, a regular bus is put on during the day for free. If people like cheap and basic then this hotel could suit you, but unfortunately wasn't for me and left disappointed.

Lee Hannah Worst hotel that I have had the misfortune of staying in in Benidorm. Reception staff quite rude, toilet and basin very close together as said in first comment, lifeguard thinks he is Hitler unless you are a group of girls from different hotels. All inclusive guests are made to wait at the bar until residents from other hotels pay for their drinks. Food the same for every meal. Beggars are left free to beg guests with wristbands to go to the bar for them. All in all the paying guests that are all inclusive are pushed aside for residents of nearby apartments. This hotels idea of looking after their own guests is non existent. Never would I consider staying in this hotel again, I have been coming to Benidorm for 25 years.

Janine Balmer - Have stayed here twice with my boyfriend, hotel is lovely & clean & staff very friendly had lots of choices at meal times, only thing was entertainment finished early & up steep hill but we just use till get bus back or a taxi, would give it a 8 out of 10.

Angela Lee Was Williams - I just came back from palm beach .....I was in a wheelchair having broke my arm and leg ,it was up quite a few big steep hills but they lay on a bus to the front and back up till 7 in the evening then it's taxis they cost 6 euros not bad ......rooms a little dated and bathroom tiny but manageable. Hope this helps.

Stef Blacklock - Sorry like but the hill ain't that bad .. my 76 year old Nanna managed it with dodgey knees in the heat of July ! Rooms ok and clean .. pool is a little small however was sufficient.. all inclusive food was lovely ... free bus to beach from 10-7 .. free access into the best attractions in Benidorm if your AI ..entertainment on every night however on a little late .. we had a 10 night stay in July 2016 and would most certainly go back.

Matthew Hoyle - I went last year in July. The pool is far too busy and often dangerous. The hill is brutal. There is definitely a lack of sunbeds. I wouldn't say, other than those things, that it was a bad hotel.

Jo Sykes - I went twice a year for several years with my three boys ...two weeks at easter and a week in October and we all loved the hotel. There are several ways up to it and it's not actually that far up. The kids were well entertained both daytime and evening and the food etc was great . We loved it the rooms were fine for us and always clean and there is also an indoor pool so if we did get a cooler day or rain they could still have a swim. Free bus was good but we often walked as it burnt of some of there energy. There's bars and shops on way up so often split the walk up by having a drink etc on way up. Would happily go back it's nicely out of the way of the stag/hen parties perfect for a holiday with kids x

  • Nice Hotel

Lovely hotel but don’t advise you to stay there if you are not very mobile although they do provide a mini bus free of charge that transports you to the beach & back (last bus being 6.45pm) it was a nice walk down into the main town but a killer to walk back again! I suggest you use a taxi which costs around 7 euros. The hotel staff are friendly, there are plenty of vending machines that provide snacks & drinks. The main bar also provide baguettes & pizzas. The main pool is clean and sufficient. Definitely a hotel for adults only although there were a couple of families staying there. I would stay here again as it was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

  • My friend always stayed there

Stayed last year lovely hotel & pool, food was really nice , rooms were lovely, yes that hill is a killer , but they lay a minibus on for free during the day down to beach & back, not too bad the walk down , we jumped a cab home of a night pretty cheap, but don't let the hill put you off lovely hotel ..

We stayed in apartments next door but used the facilities at the hotel. Lovely hotel, there's a bus that runs back and fore to the front last bus is at 6pm. There are a number of pubs bars restaurants and supermarkets on the way down. The hill is do-able its half a mile and there are steeper hills at home. I managed this after a heart procedure. Tbh we walked down and stopped at various cafes on the way. Yorkshire pride 2 food is cheap tasty and hot. We had a taxi late at night back up which was about €6. But we did walk back up if it was daytime stopping at the bars!
