We had family stay in one of these apartments back in June 2018. Perfect location close to all the bars etc in the New town, right beside a tabac, farmacia. centro de salud and supermarket right opposite

The apartment our family rented was a one bed, (2 singles), lovely bathroom, (which has since been fully refitted) fully fitted kitchen with cooker, washing machine. kettle, full size fridge freezer and all utensil's (better equipped than my own) good size balcony, towels were provided, iron, ironing board.

British TV, Air con unit was pay as you go.

We were slightly worried that there may be a lot of noise at night from the surrounding Hotels as the entertainment was outside, but once both doors were closed nothing could be heard.

The only down side was the pool, the pool itself is a good size, but these being private residential apartments there were not many sunbeds available as the residents tend to use their own.

We would book this again for our family without hesitation, they loved it.

Deposit of 150€ but that will vary depending upon who you book with as will key collection.
