Just back from fantastic stay at the new Barcelo beach hotel FANTASTIC week. Accommodation couldn't be better. Food great, Staff amazing. Cant wait to go back .

We stayed here for 4 nights over New Year it’s a lovely hotel although has a few teething problems but we’ve booked to go again next new year so it didn’t put us off .

The roof area is beautiful and really gets the sun struggled sometimes to get a seat but always managed to find somewhere I think it would be very busy at the height of summer. Pool is very small but we didn’t use it due to time of year .

Rooms are small but sufficient for a few nights stay and beds very comfy .

Our tea and coffee facilities were minimal sometimes only leaving 1 milk between two of us but I’d always take some extra off the trolley when the staff were cleaning the rooms and when we asked at reception we were told they only supply these on your first day which I found bizarre lol not an issue for us we will just buy some milk next time we go .

Breakfast was busy but I think you get that in every hotel once you get into a routine ie someone gets the toast and the other gets breakfast it’s not too bad .

Location won it for us and being right on the front next to the old town was fabulous . Have a great time like I say we are going back to this hotel all in all we loved it x

Also don’t be put off if they tell you your room overlooks a building this was true however you can also see the sea from most of the side rooms.

We didn’t eat in the hotel it was to long a wait to get seated for us I would say the only fault the hotel has is dining area it’s to small for the amount of people
I heard they where charging £70 am sure per person for gala dinner

Stayed for a week B/B over the New Year - lovely hotel - great location - staff friendly and very helpful- breakfast very good. Only one gripe, no handrail in pool so found it difficult getting in and out.

Just back from Barcelo Hotel it was beautiful, New Year didn’t disappoint. it was lovely to get some winter sunshine, would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed for New Year and ate in the restaurant NYE and it was very good!
We were half board as it was cheaper than B&B when we booked but that was the only evening we ate there - had a couple of breakfasts which were your usual buffet style!
Our room was lovely.
Couldn’t fault the hotel at all and will deffo be back!

We stayed in December, roof top is a suntrap and gets the sun all day with plenty of sunbeds and sofas and bar with great bar staff. just be aware you need to go down some back stairs for the toilet.

Room was lovely, housekeeping top class, very clean and lovely comfortable beds, all the staff were very friendly.
Few teething problems with breakfast being not very hot but, looks like they've sorted it.

If your transfer is on a coach you get dropped off at the Madeira Centro Hotel because coach cannot travel down the narrow streets about a 10 minute walk to hotel. Taxis drop off right outside reception.
We would definitely return.

Been twice first time just opened few teething problems but got sorted second time was excellent came back last Friday. All new hotels have teething problems but they seem to have overcome them. Fantastic position on the beach will be going again.

We are here now !!! Mixed thoughts really - It’s obviously very clean and modern cos it’s new - room not very big ( we didn’t upgrade ) the bed is huge and comfy - Breakfast is ok but I did expect better from a Barcelo hotel - we are only B&B but have heard complaints about the evening meal - cold , undercooked etc. It feels a bit empty and soulless really.

We stayed for Fiesta and couldn’t fault it! We got checked in early, standard room and it was gorgeous, clean and fab layout. Breakfast was 10/10 with everything you could wish for. Amazing staff who went above and beyond. Stunning rooftop pool area on the front 😍. I would 10000% stay again in a heartbeat.

Go for a front or side room the back rooms have no view or sun and overlook a very noisy school playground

Here now. The rooms are nicely decorated, the roof top bar and pool are great, and the staff are friendly and have plenty of choice at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. We are lucky enough to get a room on floor 1 where the balcony's are massive, the other ones are small.

Situated right on the Levante beach front. Recommended for ADULTS

Exterior rooms have all modern comforts. The swimming pool is situated on the roof with the most extraordinary views of the surrounding area and beach.
Evening entertainment with live music and dancing every evening, various live shows during the week.
