It depends on what you're looking for if it's Spanish this hotel is for you it's clean but found the staff pretty vague nobody spoke English and I had lots of questions to ask and nobody could help

I have stopped there a few times, it's basic, don't expect luxury, staff are lovely, when u get to the dove park ,its straight up the hill on the left.

We've stayed and it's fine, was mainly older Spanish people staying but no issues. The man at reception did have a giggle with us when we rolled in at 5am every morning

In old town, just up from Dove Park. Basic, but clean and tidy...I personally think its great...first stayed there in 1979, and been back many times....Ideally situated...Cannot go wrong for the price....

No sleep at all, you can hear a noise all night, probably the lift, drove me mad, but probably the cheapest in Beni, take ear plugs.

Stayed there few times just up a bit from Vincent's Bar it has a small pool Iv used it when it’s hot, it’s cheap and cheerful foods ok and think full board is only€15 a week extra than half. I would definitely use again if budgeting, situated very close to the police station in the old town.

Very basic and pool doesn't get the sun we didn't even have a balcony and I would like to think the lifts have been updated since we were there.

Good location for old town. Reception area and pool area nice. Food very good but room was like a closet. No access to balcony because bed blocked the door and the view was a 40ft brick wall. . So all in all not a bad spot.

Stayed there a couple of weeks ago. Hotel itself is fine, but caters to Spanish OAPs so expect to woken up at 8 am every morning, as they are very noisy and don't care how much noise they make. Cleaning staff are not much quieter.

Lovely place stayed there for 10 days couple weeks ago very clean and food is spot on good pool area with plenty of sun beds over all lovely hotel staff very friendly also xx

Stayed here a couple of times - nice hotel in the old town. Rooms were basic but beds comfortable and everything spotless. Some bathrooms are a bit awkwardly designed which made it difficult to get in and out of the shower over the bath. We would stay here again but only on a b and b basis - the breakfast was always ok but the evening meals were not so good

We stayed in April couldn't do enough for you but yes it doesn't see much sun. It's up a bit of a hill and a 10 minute walk from the beach. We wouldn't stay again for that reason found closer since then but we got a good deal at the time.

Pools like a postage stamp! Bread rolls on the morn could brake your toes! The room we had we had to climb over the beds as wasn't enough room to walk round!!! Then friends room had a hole in the floor that you could see below through!!!! Shall I continue
