It has an elevator, terrace, iron, safe (for rent), electric radiator heating, air conditioning only in the living room (for rent, not included in the price), communal swimming pool, open air parking in the same building (communal parking without guaranteed space for each apartment), television (for rent), wifi (for rent).
The independent kitchen contains cooker is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (Up to 25 years)

Perfect for families!I don’t usually leave reviews but we’ve had such an amazing holiday and Vernon took such good care of us!
This apartment was perfect, literally a minute walk to the beach, a couple minutes walk to the indoor market and also the strip. The location is great!
Not only that I’ve never been in such a huge apartment in Benidorm, we’ve always found it very hard to find accommodation for our big family in Benidorm without paying a fortune. This is where Vernon came in, he offered us this place for a fraction of the price we was previously looking at and it was more than we could’ve asked for!! Vernon also couldn’t do enough for us, he even gave the children gift bags with vouchers off for the theme parks/zoo/splash park!
The pool is great, very very quiet so we often had the pool to ourselves daily which is a bonus, no fighting for sun loungers there was loads.
The apartment is very secure and we felt extremely safe.
We’ve been coming to Benidorm for 20+ years ever since I was little and I wish we found Vernons rentals sooner!
There was a large double bedroom with a single sofa bed and en suite, then a large bedroom with 3 single beds. A large bathroom. The front room also had a sofa bed and large dining table. The kitchen was a great size! Came fully equipped with washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge freezer all cooking equipment you’d need etc.
The whole place was thoroughly clean.
There is wifi available for an extra fee (wasn’t much at all) but to be honest it didn’t really work well however it didn’t matter as all our phones was free to roam.
There is also air con available which was an extra fee but well worth it in the hotter months!
The balcony is HUGE, you can see all the mountains, the beach is just to the left of the balcony. There is an airer to dry your clothes which we found very handy and table and chairs on the balcony also.
We was a family of 6, with 3 young children age 11, 4 and 4 months.
We will definitely be staying here again and won’t be booking with anyone else apart from Vernons rentals. -
