We have just come back from there few days ago it has been taken over by dynastic and you have to pick your keys up from dynastic ! Ramona not there anymore she has retired dynastic said somebody comes about 11 each day only seen that twice only for about half to one hour changed towels once a week bed once a week broom mop& bucket for you to clean room one of the days there was blood in foyer when we went out gone when we came back our room was clean but hardly anyone there a few more by the time we left on the 2nd we won't be staying there again not the same now Ramon has gone.

we have stayed here plenty of times ,all you need in the apartment, close to everything that you need for a great week. brill for two couples or a family of 4.

Fantastic apartments. Romana is a lovely lady. She is strict so this let's everyone have a good time. She will always help if you have any trouble.

This property is 4 minutes walk from the beach. Located in the Rincon-de-Loix area of Benidorm, these apartments are just 5-minutes walk from the magnificent white sands of Levante beach.

Massive apartments, great location, very nice cheap bar underneath that it also used by locals. Very clean but lady at check in can be a bit scary, but would recommend staying there

€150 deposit, reviewers saying horrendous housekeeper/manager likes to keep a big lump of that if place left not spotless....ensure clean litter bin when leaving..... small pool drops off straight away from steps to very deep, so kids beware! Low balcony/windows are a danger, so be very careful. No noise after 10pm or you may be thrown out.Towels only changed in a 2nd week. Glad I'm not going!

stayed there twice - with and without a teenager! Great base, basic but do the job. Good location for us. Very friendly in the bar underneath. We haven't stayed there for a while but we do go back to the bar! Have a great time
