I’m in the H10 now, our second time.
Only a choice of B&B or half board here - no full board.

Food has gone downhill in my personal opinion since last year, though still decent. (Plentiful king prawns last year - not seen 1 in 5 days this year - obvious cutbacks).

Breakfast is definitely better than the evening meal (but then, find that’s the same in all hotels).

Nice hotel, perfect location for the old town.

Lovely rooftop bar/pool and additional adult only sunbathing area with plunge pool which never gets overly busy.

Very clean rooms and great rainfall shower. Aircon lovely and cold. Had no English channels for the first 3 days with the TV reception - none of the English channels worked (all other nationalities worked), ‘ongoing issue’ we were told.

Very attentive and friendly staff.

If you stay here, pay the extra for a frontal sea view - beautiful.

We are currently staying at the h10 Benidorm - Hotel H10 Porto Poniente and can only say what an amazing hotel the different food every night so hard to choose what you want it is outstanding the staff are amazing and work so hard it’s right on the beach front only 2 minutes walk into the old town or 30 minutes
walk into the new part it is the first time we have stayed on this side and we have loved every second it is our last night and we don’t want to leave after 10 days so if any one is considering coming to this hotel it is 100% the best choice and you would not regret it we have rebooked for next year can’t wait to come back already

It’s a beautiful hotel. You have a spa in there and you get 45 mins free in the whirlpool. I was lucky enough to have a massage and that was nice. The pool area is amazing but does get packed, the pool bar has a good selection of beers but the main one does not. Breakfast was good a good selection. We didn’t go to the dinner as we went out for food. The hotel is nice and quiet of a night that was a good thing for us. The staff were very nice. I would visit this hotel again. And the view well that was amazing.

I have never stayed at this Hotel, and therefore I am in no position to comment regarding the Hotel Standard. My work, however, brings me into contact with the staff of numerous Hotels throughout Benidorm. This has got to be the rudest staff I have ever encountered.

The hotel also has a restaurant, a Sky Bar with sea views and a Despacio Beauty Centre with heated pool and gym.
