We are currently staying at the h10 Benidorm - Hotel H10 Porto Poniente and can only say what an amazing hotel the different food every night so hard to choose what you want it is outstanding the staff are amazing and work so hard it’s right on the beach front only 2 minutes walk into the old town or 30 minutes
walk into the new part it is the first time we have stayed on this side and we have loved every second it is our last night and we don’t want to leave after 10 days so if any one is considering coming to this hotel it is 100% the best choice and you would not regret it we have rebooked for next year can’t wait to come back already -

H10 port Poniente. We got sea view and the rooms amazing and food good. Sad to be leaving tomorrow.
It’s a beautiful hotel. You have a spa in there and you get 45 mins free in the whirlpool. I was lucky enough to have a massage and that was nice. The pool area is amazing but does get packed, the pool bar has a good selection of beers but the main one does not. Breakfast was good a good selection. We didn’t go to the dinner as we went out for food. The hotel is nice and quiet of a night that was a good thing for us. The staff were very nice. I would visit this hotel again. And the view well that was amazing. -
Rude StaffI have never stayed at this Hotel, and therefore I am in no position to comment regarding the Hotel Standard. My work, however, brings me into contact with the staff of numerous Hotels throughout Benidorm. This has got to be the rudest staff I have ever encountered.

DescriptionLocated next to the seafront promenade of Poniente beach in Benidorm, the H10 Puerto Poniente is a newly built four-star superior hotel. It has elegant rooms and two plunge pools with stunning sea views.
The hotel also has a restaurant, a Sky Bar with sea views and a Despacio Beauty Centre with heated pool and gym.
Private parking is available on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 23 per day.
