a great hotel, clean and ideally situated. Only ate here for breakfast but there was a great selection - and cava ! Lovely pool and bar areas. Pic is of a single room which was only designated as a single as slightly less spacious then a double - still had all the usual amenities including huge terrace and TV with some English channels and radio.

Flew back yesterday from Helios. My 5th time. Won’t go anywhere else. Food is out of this world, all staff are very friendly and helpful and it’s spotlessly clean. The road and pavements are so clean and quiet at the top end as well. Supermarkets, shops and stuff easy walking distance. Mobility scooter hire can deliver to hotel.

I love being next to Jokers Benidorm as the entertainment is great.

Helios is right in the heart of new town pubs and entertainment but far enough away not to upset your sleep and 5 - 10min walk from the beach and promenade.
Lovely hotel which was refurbished 3 or 4 years ago, half decent pool, food okay.
Helios gets my vote but only because it's very central

Given a free room upgrade - this room had a pool view, fridge, hairdryer but no kettle. Original room also had fridge, hairdryer but no kettle. Staff were very helpful. I was room only so can't comment on the food. Had a complimentary spa one day which was really relaxing. Would stay again.

A dry cleaning/laundry service is available at additional cost. None of the rooms appear to have an iron, nor a kettle. The Suite and the Double Premium have Pod Coffee Machines. The Single room, Double Extra Bed and Double Room with Pool View have hairdryers.

Stayed there with my son spotless hotel decent pool handy for the market 5/10 min walk to the lively area but that means it’s nice and quiet when sleeping.
