At Hotel Benidorm East for the first time. Location is not the best but it was a good price for full board. Food is better than expected. Big indoor pool but no beds. Sauna is hot.

Stayed here in July and October this year. Nice clean rooms and staff are great food on the other hand isn’t the best. There is a free shuttle bus that goes down to the beach and back up every 20 mins

The hill or Cardiac hill as it’s known is steep! The hotel do have a mini bus that runs throughout the day but be quick as it fills up fast. The rooms are basic and could use a bit of a revamp but they are clean. The food is very repetitive when it comes to choices and after a weeks stay you will feel like you have eaten the same meal most of the time. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Don't do it, the hill is ridiculous. Entertainment all Spanish. Bus stops 8.30 pm

Our fav, went Nov and booked for Feb, pool outside is too cold, I go in inside pool in morning, great hotel, hill dosnt bother us, minibus to bring you back up

Would not recommend it not disable friendly meals lukewarm entertainment cater for the Spanish the staff are friendly and helpful that is the only plus

It's lovely, but not good for people with mobility problems, as its on the road to the Cross. My cousin and I stayed at the Horizon apartments, which are associated with the hotel. Great if you want a quiet holiday.
