Currently staying in the Gold Arcos hotel.
Over the years, I have stayed in many hotels in Benidorm but I can safely say that this is by far the best.
We have a huge wrap around balcony with 2 sun beds and gets the sun all day.
Roof top Infinity pool and jacuzzi with towels supplied.
We are in a superior room with 2 double beds.
Food - can only comment on the Breakfast, as we only ever book bed and breakfast as we like to eat out. The breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast, but acceptable.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Will certainly be back again.

Stayed there in May , rooms are fantastic. Didn't spend much time in it but the beds were soooo comfy. We were bed and breakfast but wasn't keen so we ate out after the first morning. Would definitely recommend , the bar was lovely and the pool felt like getting in a bath! Also the royal arrow had some great entertainment on right next door

Stayed in May this year we booked two rooms as a group of 4. Took a holding transaction of some kind of 100 deposit per room. Nothing actually left my account. They just unfreeze the holding deposit on your card on checkout.
I do think it’s a policy in place for group bookings we’re they might encounter damage to the rooms or facilities.
Would 100% go back. Beautiful rooms and pool area.

I stayed there in July, fantastic quality hotel, can't fault the facilities.
The roof pool and bar area is great, just wish this hotel was on the seafront or more towards the old town.

Stayed there in June absolutely loved it couldn’t hear a thing when we closed balcony doors we had sun beds on our balcony upgraded to supreme but lovely to go up to the infinity pool lovely bar and snacks deffo go back

Food not so good at Arcos we went when first opened and it hasn’t improved we stayed last weekend. The pool is gorgeous there are two levels one jacuzzi and one with pool.

We went last weekend, there was a good choice of food ,just could of done with being a little hotter, the hotel is fantastic from the rooms to the rooftop infinity pool and sky bar.

Stayed twice at Arcos, think the problem is most do B and B or room only, very difficult for the hotel to maintain a Buffett when the most people I saw in the dining room on an evening was 7 and on a couple of occasions we had the whole restaurant just for us two people. I found the best best was the show cooking on the grill as the buffet sat unused. Just basically being kept warm, perhaps it needs to become more order what u want if they are having so few for evening meal.
Won’t stop me staying again it’s a fab place. I have dietary issues so don’t like eating out and explaining what gf is much easier to use the grill with salad which was always lovely and fresh, we certainly aren’t foodies it’s not a big part of our holiday.

We just got home on Saturday; we were there for a week. We had some nice meals in hotel. I wasn’t keen on the breakfast but plenty for continental breakfast and I opt for an omelette which was lovely. Staff really nice and rooms lovely

Was hot the first day then cold after that. The infinity pool was cold but once you were in it was fine. The rooms are spacious with 2 massive beds, bathrooms lovely too

We stayed for just the one night in August whilst we were over in Spain anyway and we thought it was lovely. We only had bed & breakfast, but we thought the breakfast was really nice, the roof top pool and bar were also beautiful with amazing views! Our room was really big, and we had a balcony facing the sea. I would definitely stay there again

The food was ok sometimes better at lunch then dinner but it wasn’t very warm Not a lot of choice either, only thing that let it down for us.

The staff are lovely and hotel is spotless It won’t put us off going back we will just do bed or if we have to bed and brekky The hotel is too nice, to be put off by food and the sky bar is amazing on top.

We stayed a month ago and a lot were just going bed and breakfast always busy for breakfast but had dining room to ourselves first evening, I thought the food ok and quite a bit of choice but as I am coeliac stuck to salad and what was on the grill, steak chops. Salmon don’t really do desserts so we were entirely satisfied,

loved the breakfast. Staff lovely, absolutely beautiful hotel. Booked for next year.

Gold Room - Hairdryer, no mention of an iron but there is dry cleaning and laundry (surcharge), free safe.
Gold Premium and Gold Platinum – same as Gold Room but with coffee and tea maker.

Well last day tomorrow my stay at Gold Arcos has been very good ....mainly Spanish guests there this week .... they were all very friendly and made me feel included as a solo traveller took me out and about and had great fun.. mostly Spanish food as so many Spanish guests ..... but I tried lots of different dishes and really enjoyed them ...as they say when in Spain ..... I can't wait to go back

Here now it’s beautiful, really comfy beds great room excellent Wi-Fi, lovely food. It’s right on the busy strip, near the beach rooms are triple glazed can’t hear a thing at night. I will definitely be back

Amazing hotel we where there two weeks ago. Rooms nice and big , don’t hear any noise from outside . Roof top pool small but lovely , nice bar at the top . Staff really friendly , helpful , only made breakfast on morning we where leaving lol it was good though .would defo stay again

Stayed there a week ago for B&B lovely hotel etc the only downside there was no shade around the pool areas (no sun umbrellas) obviously these are needed with it being a sky top roof pool, Oh and the rooms are sound proof.

Stayed at the Arcos gold hotel last week hotel was fab the staff were lovely and friendly sound proof in room at night was great no problem with the outside lighting of hotel it gets switched off about 2 ish and curtains at night are good, big plus beds are comfy, only down side didn't like the food much very basic but the restaurant staff were lovely, food just wasn't for me.
