Both the Kennedy I and II Apartments consist of two apartment blocks facing each other across the road, both of which are 15 floors high and each have a elevator. The apartments are privately owned so each apartment may vary in facilities. We were in 14b - nice clean apartment - 2 bedrooms - did ask for a walk in shower but it had 2 baths! Kitchen well equipped but could have done with more saucepans. Basic furniture in lounge - flat screen TV does has some English channels - only a sofa settee to sit on so not ideal for 3 adults (one had to sit at dining room table on wooden chair). Balcony large and spacious.

Gated community so very safe. Not far away from the square and the beach!

Only negative is no heating - did get 2 heaters from agent but they were too small to make an impact . Ended up buying a fan heater as sooo cold (went in December and promised the apartment would have heating but as stated 2 little heaters were not sufficient to heat the apartment ). Also you had to be careful if you were cooking and watching TV and say drying hair as the electrics tripped quite often.

All it all it is a good apartment - few areas which could be approved on but cleanliness location and space cannot fault it.
