Stayed a few years ago. Clean and comfortable easy access to the old town. You leave 150 euro deposit returned when handing key in. You don't have maid service so you take own rubbish out etc. Clean linen and towels at reception on request.

Were staying in La Caseta apartments at the moment... Best I've ever stayed in... Full sized oven... Washer... Comfiest bed I've ever sleapt in... 13 floors 3 apartments to each floor... Corner balcony is huge and even as plugs something I have never seen before... At side of a mercadona... A quiet area as sea view and overlooks a park

The La Caseta Apartments are located in a tranquil setting, overlooking the L'Aiguera Park famous for its palm trees and marble walkways. Just a ten minute walk (800m) from the stunning Levante beach and only five minutes (500m) from the start of Benidorm’s old town with its numerous shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity there is a lovely local restaurant and bar plus a large supermarket stocking a wide range of Spanish and British produce. Amidst the skyscrapers it’s quite refreshing to find a small block of apartments like the La Caseta with its own child-friendly swimming pool, sun terrace and gardens thus providing its guests with a warm and friendly atmosphere. An attractive complex to both families and couples.

Property

The block consists of thirteen floors with just three one-bedroom apartments on each floor. Self-catering apartments sleeping up to maximum of 4 guests. Each apartment comprising lounge/dining room with free Sat-TV, separate bedroom with two single beds, fully-equipped kitchen, complete bathroom and private balcony. Bed linen and towels are included. Includes Air Conditioning, washing machine and microwave oven. Pets are not allowed. Stag and Hen parties are not accepted

Facilities

The La Caseta has its own reception area, two lifts, private swimming pool with separate children’s section, garden areas, sun terrace and sun loungers. In the apartment there is free Sat-TV Parking and Wifi available, check local charge. Housekeeping on site and Porter service seven days a week. Luggage room and shower facilities (subject to availability) for late departures from resort.

Cleaning

Room clean on arrival, plus one cleaning per week, including towels and bed linen change, for stays over seven nights. You can have an extra change of towels and bed linen or an extra cleaning for a small charge.

Payments

Safety deposit boxes, cots, Wifi and extra cleaning available via the resident housekeeper. Limited parking available, 5 Euros per night.

Keys

Key collection at the block. Official timetable to check-in 5.00 pm. Check-out 10.00 am. When the porter has finished, he will leave a note informing that key collection will be at the Hotel Prince Park, just 100 meters behind the block at the top part of Calle Primavera). Notice must be given for late arrivals. At check-in a refundable key deposit of 150 Euros per apartment to be paid via credit card directly to the housekeeper.

stayed there a couple of times and would return , supermarket next door for all you need ,free air con ,to tv wasn't up to much be we didn't bother anyway , nice size balcony , own laundry room with washer , you have fridge toaster microwave , own keys to the gate , , bar with free wifi underneath apartments , any apartment above 5 has a sea view .have to leave a deposit 150 quid , I gave mine on a credit card but it was ok

Alastair MacGregor - There ok family stayed in them a few years ago got nice little pool and there only a short walk away from centre of old town.

Emma-Lee Mccarthy - One of the better self catering apartments we have stayed in. Pool area nice, food in bar area was OK, nothing special. The bar wasn't that busy, but can expect this as most people walk into old town for more life. Apartments were clean and ours was recently refurbished, guessing this is same for all of them. I would definitely visit again.

Julie Green - Lovely we stayed last year they are well equipped lovely bar down stairs. Very near old town but of a walk to the main bars tho.

Susan Brewer - We had 10 days in these apartments in February ,close to old town apartments we found good ,plenty of room were two of us has heating also in bedroom were included in the price ,we would stay in these apartments again.

Ann Senior - Stayed there many a time until hill got to much to keep climbing. Very clean and well equipped washer ironing board iron fridge-freezer. Home from home really.

Gary E Moss - I stop here all the time (at least 8 times a year.) you will be one of the first to be dropped off before the coach goes to the new town. When you get dropped off you will walk down a hill on the right hand side of that road is the princess hotel just call in there and ask if they have your keys, saves walking down to read the notice telling you to go back up the hill. They will call next day for security deposit (card only,).

Alan Thomson - we book la caseta every year for June or July. free air con no fighting for sunbeds, apartments have every thing you could want. there is a phone number for calling someone for any problems. highly recommend it.

Joy Thomson - I love these apartments, my hubby and I going back in June, plenty of sun beds and lovely garden area too, very secure and quiet, beautiful park just across the road, 5 mins to shops in old town and 15-20 mins to new town, best of both worlds!!! lol

Patsy Horner - We stayed there for a month last January . The position is good very central . Apartment had everything we needed ITV on tv . Internet which we paid extra for was a bit hit and miss .. Mercadona supermarket right next door . Our only gripe was the sofa wasn't very comfy for us . You have to pay a big breakages deposit but they take your details but don't take the money if all is ok so no problem . We would go back again.

Lovely apartment 5 min from old town and 10 from new town, small pool that gets sun all day, next door to Mercadona supermarket and Carmen who helps run the apartments is amazing and so helpful xx

Really lovely apartment some of my family stayed there last year when I went to see them I couldn't believe how nice they were so I booked it for the st paddys week in 3 weeks ?

Normally stay there for 3 weeks in the summer, no issues.....good apartments, close to a supermarket and 5 min walk to old town and about 10/15 minutes from the strip.
