stayed here few times found it quiet staff great underground parking next to supermarket and bus station rooms clean get the odd noisy guest like any hotel taxis available as at bus station or hop on the bus down town buses and taxis give easy access to the beach and wont cost a fortune would recommend also 24 hr reception

This is our hotel of choice for the last three trips mainly because we choose to hire a car. Plenty of on road parking. Fantastic reception staff and great breakfast. Price is superb off season. Great link to the motorway. Never come across a stag or hen party. Great view across the city.

I arrived in town late, hungry, tired and had been off the web for a couple of hours. I spotted a hotel with a special offer at the station that looked OK for one night. New, good, price, wifi, bar still open etc so I booked in for one night only. Ten days later I am still here!

VERY impressed with everything - price, services, cleanliness (spotless!), fast/free wifi etc etc

It is a bit out of town but only 1,50 on a regular bus or 5 mins in taxi but right on the motorway and above the bus station from which there is zero noise.

A surprise bidder for "hotel of the year" for me!

Deborah Sheil - My son stayed in there in the winter when was having work done on his house, very very clean and cheap, it's literally 2 minutes in a taxi into Benidorm and all taxis queue up outside because it's the bus station also. If you want it just for a room it's perfect and they have a pool on the roof. Nothing wrong with this hotel at all.

Stopped there last October nice hotel rooms spacious and comfortable no balcony but great views of Benidorm food ok. Frequent local bus stop outside hotel takes you into town only 10 minutes from tram station ideal quiet retreat if you know your way around Benidorm. I'd stop there again also good supermarket below for your munchies and drinks for room

Do not go to la esaction hotel. We have had someone kicking the door trying to get in through windows threatening to stab us. Security was not interested and wanted 400 euros to call police and said we would be arrested for complaining. The staff were not helpful or interested at all it took other residents to help calm him down from battering us all over a rizzler as he wanted one but we didn't have one
